Beneficiarios</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas subvenciones, las personas y / o entidades siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Asociaciones, fundaciones y otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro. (Línea 1).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Sociedades cooperativas. (Línea 1).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Microempresas, según la Recomendación de la Comisión Europea 2003/361/CE, de 6 de mayo, sobre la definición de microempresas, pequeñas y medianas empresas, DOUE de 20 de mayo de 2003. (Línea 1)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Ayuntamientos de la isla de Mallorca (Líneas 2 y 3). </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Asociaciones empresariales del pequeño y mediano comercio con ámbito de actuación insular y federaciones de asociaciones empresariales del pequeño y mediano comercio con ámbito de actuación insular. (Línea 4).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Corporaciones de derecho público que tengan como finalidad la promoción y la defensa de los intereses generales del comercio y de la industria (líneas 1 y 4).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo. Objeto</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El objeto de esta convocatoria es el fomento de actuaciones y proyectos de iniciativa pública y privada de interés público para la promoción de la economía local y el producto de Mallorca.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los eventos y/o las actuaciones subvencionables son los siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a)&nbsp;Las ferias y muestras comerciales que promocionen el pequeño y mediano comercio y los productos de Mallorca. (Líneas 1 y 2)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b)&nbsp;1.Las actividades de tipo cultural, gastronómicas y artísticas con la condición que tengan repercusión debidamente justificada en el proyecto para la promoción de la economía local y el producto de Mallorca. (Líneas 1 y 2)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.Las inversiones que faciliten y / o permitan la realización de las actuaciones indicadas en los puntos anteriores a) y b.1). (Línea 2)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Proyectos de promoción, formación y sensibilización en materia de economía social y sostenible. (Línea 1)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d)&nbsp;Las actividades dirigidas al fomento del emprendimiento empresarial y la cooperación empresarial en el ámbito local. En esta línea, se incluyen proyectos de formación, reciclaje y adaptación a las exigencias del mercado, de asesoramiento y apoyo técnico, networking, así como <span style="display:none">, </span>proyectos de sensibilización para la promoción del comercio y el producto de Mallorca. (Línea 3).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e)&nbsp;Los proyectos de dinamización, formación y promoción comercial del pequeño y mediano comercio local y/o del producto de Mallorca y los proyectos para reactivar la economía local mediante campañas de promoción de cumplimiento de medidas de seguridad derivadas del COVID-19 (Línea 4).&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero. Bases reguladoras</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria son las establecidas en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18.02.2017), modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 04.08.2018).</span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto. Plazo para presentar las solicitudes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes y toda la documentación empieza a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y se extenderá hasta que se agote el crédito asignado a cada línea y aplicación presupuestaria y en cualquier caso hasta el día 30 de octubre de 2020. El agotamiento del crédito se publicará en la Sede Electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. En el caso de que los créditos no se agoten, el plazo finalizará el día 30 de octubre de 2020.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las instancias se tienen que presentar dentro del plazo establecido, en cualquier registro general del Consejo de Mallorca: Registro de la sede del Consejo, Palacio Real, 1, Registro del “Llar de la Joventut”, c/ General Riera, 111 y Registro del “Llar de la Infancia”, c/ General Riera, 113. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Asimismo, también se pueden presentar en los lugares establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Sexto.
