&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/&lt;/span&gt; (515754) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca informa de la &lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria Ciberseguridad 2020&lt;/strong&gt; de ayudas económicas para el desarrollo de planes de apoyo a la incorporación de TIC en empresas industriales cofinanciado en un 50% por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. – Beneficiarios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pymes, micropymes y personas inscritas en el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos del sector industrial, de la demarcación territorial de la Cámara de Comercio de Mallorca, que se encuentren dadas de alta en el Censo del IAE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. – Objeto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas a las empresas de la demarcación cameral de la Cámara de Comercio de Mallorca en el Programa Ciberseguridad 2020, mediante la puesta a su disposición de los servicios de Diagnóstico Asistido en Ciberseguridad &amp;nbsp;e Implantación. Esta actuación tiene como objetivo principal impulsar el uso seguro y fiable del ciberespacio, protegiendo los derechos y las libertades de los ciudadanos y promoviendo el progreso socio económico, así como maximizar las oportunidades que ofrecen para mejorar su productividad y competitividad, todo como medida para hacer frente al impacto económico de la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. – Convocatoria. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El texto completo de esta convocatoria está a disposición de las empresas en la sede de la Cámara de https://sede.camara.es/sede/mallorca/. Además, puede consultarse a través de la web https://www.cambramallorca.com/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En dicha dirección podrá descargarse, junto con la convocatoria, la documentación necesaria para realizar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. – Cuantía.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El presupuesto máximo de ejecución del Programa Ciberseguridad asociado a esta convocatoria es de 5.932,00€, que se enmarcan en el "Programa Operativo Plurirregional de España FEDER 2014-2020”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Fase I de Diagnóstico será cofinanciado por FEDER y la Conselleria de Transición Energética y Sectores Productivos y la Cámara de Comercio de Mallorca, por lo que este servicio será &lt;strong&gt;gratuito&lt;/strong&gt; para las empresas participantes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;Fase II de Ayudas&lt;/strong&gt; tendrá un coste máximo elegible por empresa de 4.000 €, prefinanciado en su totalidad por la empresa beneficiaria y cofinanciado al 40% por FEDER, siendo por tanto la &lt;strong&gt;cuantía máxima de ayuda por empresa de&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; 1.600 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes se abre a las 09:00h del día 24 de julio de 2020, una vez transcurridos 5 días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación del extracto de esta Convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y hasta las 14:00h del día 30 de septiembre de 2020, si bien el plazo podrá acortarse&amp;nbsp; en caso de agotarse el presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
