    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 44.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, el sr. Gabriel Mas Oliver, en su condición de Alcalde Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Maria de la Salut, pub&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;lica el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 11 de 14 de julio de 2020 transcrito &lt;em&gt;ut infra&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA NÚM. 111 DE 14 DE JULIO DE 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Dado que, en virtud del art&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ículo 51 del Real decreto de 24 de julio de 1889 por el cual se publica el Código Civil, tienen competencia para celebrar el matrimonio el Juez de Paz o Alcalde del municipio donde se celebre el matrimonio o concejal en quien este delegue.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Visto que esta Alcaldía, de conformidad con el artículo 43.3 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre (en adelante, ROF), tiene reconocida por Ley la posibilidad de delegar el ejercicio de determinadas atribuciones en los miembros de la Comisión de Gobierno, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que para cometidos específicos, puede realizar en favor de cualesquiera concejales, aunque no pertenezcan a la misma.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El sr. Gabriel Mas Oliver, en su condición de Alcalde Presidente de la Corporación Local, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, y 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y de acu&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;erdo con los artículos 43 a 45, 114 a 118, 120 y 121 del ROF,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; Delegar en el sr. Jaume F&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;erriol Martí, concejal de la Corporación Local, la facultad para celebrar el matrimonio civil entre el sr. Gabriel Vanrell Mascaró y la sra. María&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; Gracia Matas Oliva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; Estimar la solicitud f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ormulada y autorizar el uso de la Sala de Plenos de la Casa consistorial, para el día 18 de julio de 2020, a las 18 horas.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el Tablón de edictos de la Corporación Local y en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; Dar cuenta de la presente resolución al Pleno de la Corporación Local en su próxima reunión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
