    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al no haberse presentado reclamaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el Acuerdo plenario provisional de este Ayuntamiento de Bunyola sobre establecimiento y el Acuerdo regulador de precios públicos, cuyo texto íntegro se hace público, en cumplimiento del artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;«ACUERDO REGULADOR DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO POR LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE ESCUELA DE VERANO MUNICIPAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 1. Fundamento y naturaleza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Entidad Local, en uso de las facultades contenidas en los artículos 41 a 47 y 127 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo establece el presente precio público por la prestación del servicio de escuela de verano municipal y según las normas contenidas en este Acuerdo de las que aquéllas son parte integrante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 2. Hecho imponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituye el hecho imponible la efectiva prestación del servicio o realización de la actividad por la Administración municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 3. Obligados al pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Están obligados al pago del precio público regulado en este Acuerdo, los que se beneficien de los servicios y actividades prestados o realizados por el Ayuntamiento a que se refiere el artículo primero de este Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 4. Responsables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Responderán solidariamente del pago de los precios públicos las personas físicas o jurídicas o entes sin personalidad que soliciten los servicios o actividades por los que deban satisfacerse aquéllos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Serán responsables subsidiarios los usuarios estén obligados a satisfacer precios públicos por razón de servicios o actividades que les benefician o afectan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 5. Cuota tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía del precio público regulado en este Acuerdo será la cantidad establecida en la siguiente tabla de tarifas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A) ACTIVIDAD DE ESCUELA DE VERANO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Inscripción en la escuela de verano:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mes completo .......&amp;nbsp;175 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Por Quincenas .......&amp;nbsp;90 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Por Semanas .......... 55 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Guardería:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matinera de 7.30 a 9.00h ...... .. 25 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Guardería de 15.00 a 17.00h .... 25 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 6. Exenciones y bonificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedan establecidas las siguientes bonificaciones al pago de este precio público:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A instancia de parte, se concederá una bonificación del 25% de las tarifas a las familias numerosas y un 15% a partir del segundo hermano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los niños inscritos en la actividad de escuela de verano y que se inscriban también a la actividad adicional (cursillo de natación) tendrán una bonificación del 18% sobre las tarifas de la actividad adicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 7. Devengo, normas de gestión y pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El devengo y la obligación de pago del precio público nacen al momento en que se solicita la prestación de cualquiera de los servicios que se regulan en este Acuerdo. El pago del precio público se efectuará por mensualidad avanzadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La prestación del servicio o sea el ingreso de los niños en la Escuela de Verano se hará mediante la hoja de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo 8. Infracciones y sanciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las deudas por precios públicos aquí regulados podrán exigirse por el procedimiento administrativo de apremio, de conformidad con el artículo 46.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y la norma de recaudación que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presente Acuerdo regulador, entrará en vigor y se aplicará a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y estará en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queda derogada la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de servicios de la escuela de verano municipal, publicada en el BOIB núm. 91 de fecha 5 de julio de 2014. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra el presente Acuerdo, conforme al artículo 19 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se podrá interponer por los interesados recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
