CAIB 24085 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprobación definitiva modificación ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de los servicios de casas de baño, duchas, piscinas, instalaciones y otros servicios análogos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No habiéndose presentado ninguna reclamación o sugerencia, durante el período de exposición al público, respecto a la aprobación provisional de la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de los servicios de casas de baño, duchas, piscinas, instalaciones y otros servicios análogos habiéndose publicado el anuncio relativo en el Boib núm. 95 de 28 de mayo de 2020, de acuerdo con el artículo 17.3 de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se da por aprobada definitivamente la citada modificación, publicándose íntegramente a continuación el texto completo de la ordenanza.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de los servicios de casa de baño, duchas, piscinas, instalaciones y otros servicios análogos.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Artículo 1.º&nbsp; Concepto</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 127, en relación con el artículo 4º, ambos del RDL 2/2004, Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, este Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación de los servicios de casas de baños, duchas, piscinas e instalaciones análogas que se especifican en las tarifas que los contienen en el anexo correspondiente, que se regirá por la presente ordenanza.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Artículo 2º Obligados al pago</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Están obligados al pago del precio público, regulado en esta ordenanza quienes se beneficien de los servicios o actividades, realizados por este municipio, a que se refiere el artículo anterior.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Curso de natación:</strong> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los usuarios no abonados, tendrán un suplemento de 10,00 € en la inscripción para poder acceder a la piscina el teimpo que dure el curso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
