es 23730 2020-07-14 636514 text/html CAIB 2020-07-13 CAIB es ![CDATA[Resolución del Rector de 10 de julio de 2020 por la cual se nombran funcionarios de carrera los aspirantes aprobados en las pruebas selectivas de acceso al subgrupo C1 por el turno libre, para el ingreso a la escala de técnicos especialistas de cuerpos específicos de otros servicios de esta universidad.]] 6186 90 2020-07-14 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vista la propuesta formulada por el tribunal calificador de las pruebas selectivas de acceso al subgrupo C1 por el turno libre, para el ingreso a la escala de técnicos especíalistas de cuerpos específicos de otros servicios, otros perfiles de esta universidad, convocadas por Resolución de 15 de noviembre de 2018 </span><em style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">(Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de 27 de noviembre),</em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> y verificado que&nbsp; concurren los requisitos exigidos en las bases de la convocatoria, este Rectorado, en uso de las atribuciones que tiene conferidas de acuerdo con la Ley orgánica 6/2001, de 21 de diciembre, de universidades, los Estatutos de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, aprobados por Decreto 64/2010, de 24 de mayo, y de conformidad con el artículo 35 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la CAIB, y la base decimotercera de la convocatoria, resuelve:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Primero.</strong> Nombrar funcionarios de carrera de la escala de técnicos especialistas de cuerpos específicos de otros servicios de esta universidad, subgrupo C1, a los aspirantes aprobados que se indican en el anexo de esta resolución.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Segundo.</strong> La toma de posesión se tiene que efectuar en el plazo de tres días contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. </em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Tercero</strong>. De conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 13 del Real decreto 598/1985, de 30 de abril, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, el personal objeto del presente nombramiento para la toma de posesión tiene que hacer la declaración a la cual se refiere el primero de los preceptos que se&nbsp; mencionan, o la opción o la&nbsp; solicitud de compatibilidad previstas en el artículo 10 de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto.</strong> Lo cual, en cumplimiento del artículo 40 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPACAP), notifico con la advertencia de que la resolución agota la vía administrativa, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 6.4 de la Ley Orgánica 6/2001, de 21 de diciembre de universidades. Contra esta resolución se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de notificación, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998,&nbsp; de 13 de Julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa- administrativa, o potestativamente y con carácter previo, recurso administrativo de reposición ante el Rector en el plazo de un mes (artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015 citada).
