    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida en sesión extraordiária de día 30 de Junio de 2020, adoptó el acuerdo relativo a nombramientos de representantes de la corporación en órganos supramunicipales y órganos colegiados, que en su parte bastante dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“1.- Nombrar como representantes del Ayuntamiento al Consorci Infraestructures de les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Sr. Joan Monjo Estelrich (alcalde)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Sra. Juana Ana Llull Molinas (regidora)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Nombrar como representantes del Ayuntamiento al Fons Mallorquí de Solidaritat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Sra. Maciana Alomar Bauzá (regidora)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Nombrar como representantes del Ayuntamiento a la Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB) y a la Federació Espanyola de Municipis i Provincies (FEMP):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Sr. Joan Monjo Estelrich (alcalde)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.- Nombrar como representantes del Ayuntamiento al Consorci d'Informática Local de Mallorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Sra. Maciana Alomar Bauza (regidora)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Sra. Rocio Romero Galera (regidora)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- Nombrar como representantes del Ayuntamiento al Consorci d'Aigües de Mallorca: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Sr. Joan Monjo Estelrich (alcalde)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Sr. Martí Àngel Torres Valls (teniente de alcalde)”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer Vd. cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
