&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, en cuanto a la modificación de cuatro líneas y la introducción de dos nuevas líneas de ayudas que debe gestionar el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (IEB) adscrito en la Consejería de Presidencia, Cultura e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Así, se propone dos nuevas líneas de subvención dentro del Objetivo IV, Convivencia e instituciones sólidas, IV.2 Proyección cultural exterior, que tienen como finalidad, la IV.2.14 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;fomentar los procesos específicos de creación dirigidos a la realización de obras, procesos y proyección exterior relacionados con las artes visuales, composiciones musicales, textos literarios, guiones para producciones audiovisuales, textos teatrales, espectáculos de circo y coreografías de artistas de las Islas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, y la IV.2.15 destinada a ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para apoyar a los proyectos de investigación de humanidades y de la cultura vinculados con las Illes Balears en el marco de la situación de emergencia de salud pública provocada por la pandemia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cuanto a las modificaciones se incrementa el importe destinado a la convocatoria ayudas «TalentIB» para apoyar a la circulación de grupos de música, compañías de artes escénicas, y para la organización de exposiciones y residencias de artistas y de comisariado de artes visuales en las Illes Balears dentro de las Illes Balears y a territorios de habla catalana, debido a las nuevas necesidades derivadas de la situación de pandemia. El resto de modificaciones tienen como finalidad ajustar los créditos presupuestarios del conjunto de líneas de subvención con el fin de financiar las líneas mencionadas antes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;/span&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se&amp;nbsp; dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;introduciendo dos nuevas líneas de subvenciones y modificar siete en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objetivos y efectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: de acuerdo con los fines estatutarios del IEB, para promover la cultura de las Illes Balears y su proyección exterior, se fomenta los procesos específicos de creación dirigidos a la realización de obras, procesos y proyección exterior relacionados con las artes visuales, composiciones musicales, textos literarios, guiones para producciones audiovisuales, textos teatrales, espectáculos de circo y coreografías de artistas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
