&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 57, de 16 de abril de 2020, se publicó la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 15 de abril de 2020 por la cual se convocan subvenciones de urgencia para apoyar la proyección de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares hasta el 20 de abril de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El IEB recibió, durante el plazo de presentación, 19 solicitudes para optar a las subvenciones mencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El día 3 de junio de 2020, la Comisión evaluadora revisó y valoró los 19 expedientes presentados entre el 17 de abril y el 29 de mayo de 2020, con los números de expediente comprendidos entre el AV-1/2020 y el AV-19/2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El día 8 de junio de 2020, el instructor firmó y publicó la Propuesta de resolución de concesión de subvenciones para apoyar la proyección de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares, con lo cual se inició el periodo de alegaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. No se han presentado alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Resolución de la Presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 15 de abril de 2020 por la cual se convocaban de urgencia ayudas para apoyar la proyección de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares hasta el 20 de abril de 2020 (BOIB núm. 57, 16 de abril de 2020). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La disposición adicional primera del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Orden de la Consejera de Educación y Cultura, de 1 de julio de 2009, por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el&amp;nbsp; artículo 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de enero de 2019), a propuesta del presidente de la comisión evaluadora, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por un importe total de 60.008,22 € a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado a cada uno de los beneficiarios a cargo de los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Denegar la concesión de subvenciones a las solicitudes que aparecen en el anexo&amp;nbsp;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También podrá interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
