y 20.8 a) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de Noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatòria; el texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (<strong>https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias) </strong>y en la pàgina web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (www.felanitx.org).<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Junta de Gobierno Local ha aprobado en fecha 30 de junio de 2020, las bases de la convocatoria de esta subvención, que se publica para que los interesados ​​puedan presentar solicitudes de acuerdo con las siguientes bases:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Art. 1.- Objeto</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El objeto de este pliego es el otorgamiento de subvenciones no nominativas para el fomento de actividades deportivas en el término municipal de Felanitx, con el fin de promocionar y fomentar la práctica del deporte en este municipio.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Art. 2.- Beneficiarios</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tendrá la consideración de beneficiarios de subvenciones la persona que haya de realizar la actividad que fundamentó su otorgamiento o que se encuentre en la situación que legitima su concesión.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tendrán igualmente la consideración de beneficiarios las personas jurídicas así como los miembros asociados a la misma, que se comprometan a efectuar la totalidad o parte de las actividades que fundamentan la concesión de la subvención en nombre y por cuenta de la persona jurídica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">También podrán acceder a la condición de beneficiario las agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado que, aunque no tengan personalidad jurídica, puedan desarrollar los proyectos o actividades que motivan la concesión de la subvención.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cualquier caso, los beneficiarios deberán estar empadronados en este municipio, y estar inscritos en el registro municipal de entidades ciudadanas del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Excepcionalmente, tratándose de subvenciones enmarcadas en la cooperación al desarrollo, las organizaciones no gubernamentales deberán estar inscritas en el registro público correspondiente y disponer de sede central o delegación en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, tanto si desarrollan sus actividades tanto dentro como fuera de este municipio.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Excepcionalmente, previo acuerdo plenario, podrán otorgarse subvenciones a entidades con ánimo de lucro, siendo objeto de motivación y justificación, estén o no inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas y desarrollen sus actividades tanto dentro como fuera de este municipio.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Sólo se otorgará una subvención máxima por número de CIF.</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Arte 3.- Financiación</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las subvenciones se financiarán con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2020/0/3420/480000 del Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento, con un importe total máximo de SESENTA MIL euros (60.000 euros) para hacer frente al pago de las ayudas.</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.A) En los casos en que la participación en campeonatos de España, Europa o del Mundo en cualquiera de las categorías enumeradas anteriormente, no se exija una clasificación previa, el importe máximo de la subvención a percibir no podrá ser superior a:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">200 € por campeonato, en el caso de participación en campeonato de España</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">250 € por campeonato, en el caso de participación en campeonato de Europa</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">300 € por campeonato, en el caso de participación en el campeonato del Mundo</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para cada campeonato al primer clasificado se le incrementará con un 50% del importe anterior</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para cada campeonato al segundo clasificado se le incrementará con un 25% del importe anterior</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para cada campeonato al tercer clasificado se le incrementará con un 12,50% del importe anterior</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.B) En los casos en que sí se exija una clasificación previa para la participación en estos campeonatos, se deberá acreditar fehacientemente la participación en estas pruebas, resultados obtenidos y otra documentación que en su caso se pueda exigir.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.C. En los casos que en un mismo campeonato el deportista que participe en varias pruebas deportistas y obtenga más de un primer lugar, segundo lugar o tercer lugar. El importe máximo de cada subvención POR CIF, no podrá exceder de 18.000 euros.</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Art. 7 - Solicitudes y plazos de presentación</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las entidades o personas físicas interesadas en obtener estas subvenciones deberán presentar la documentación que a continuación se señala en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de un mes a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El plazo de presentación de solicitudes&nbsp;&nbsp; de deportistas individuales será hasta el 1 de Septiembre de 2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para concurrir a la presente convocatoria de subvenciones, el escrito de solicitud (Anexo I) deberá ir acompañada de la siguiente documentación:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.- Documento Nacional de Identidad de la persona que suscribe el escrito de solicitud y fotocopia del CIF de la entidad solicitante.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.- Declaración responsable de la entidad peticionaria relativa al cumplimiento de los siguientes (Anexo II):</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Que tiene conocimiento de la normativa aplicable al Ayuntamiento de Felanitx en materia de subvenciones y las obligaciones del beneficiario de las mismas y en especial las señaladas en el artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003, y acatar su estricto cumplimiento.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Que no se encuentra sometida a ninguna de las causas de prohibición de la obtención de la consideración de beneficiario señaladas en el artículo 13 puntos 2 y 3 de la Ley 38/2003.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Que la entidad no tiene pendiente de justificar ninguna subvención fuera de plazo</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Que no ha solicitado o recibido cualquier otra subvención para la misma finalidad. En caso de haber solicitada o recibida alguna, hay que indicar la cuantía y la entidad a la que se ha solicitado o de la que se ha recibido.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Que se encuentra al corriente de sus obligaciones con las administraciones públicas y en especial con el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx y la Seguridad Social (Anexo III)</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Que la entidad peticionaria se encuentra inscrita en el registro municipal de entidades ciudadanas del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Que con la suma de los ingresos previstos para el desarrollo de la actividad, incluyendo el importe de la subvención que se solicita, no se supera el coste previsible de la realización de dicha actividad.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">h) Que la persona que suscribe se encuentra legalmente facultada para representar a la entidad peticionaria.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">i) Que reúne los requisitos previstos en el artículo 3 de la Ley 49/2002, de 23 de diciembre, de régimen fiscal de las entidades sin fines lucrativos o de los incentivos fiscales al mecenazgo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.- Memoria de las actividades que se pretenden llevar a cabo, con presupuesto de sus ingresos y gastos.
