    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con fecha 27 de febrero de 2019, el Consejo de Administración de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares en virtud de lo expuesto en el artículo 30.5 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Puertos del Estado y de la Marina Mercante, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2011, de 5 de septiembre, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aprobar el “Reglamento de explotación y policía de la concesión para la explotación de un edificio para aparcamientos, locales y despachos, situado en la Calzada de Poniente del Puerto de La Savina (Formentera), de referencia EM672/GSP145, gestionada, como concesionario, por la entidad Sovalgaray Marítima, SL”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el citado reglamento se recoge en el artículo 37 las tarifas máximas de aplicación para la concesión del titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estas tarifas serán publicadas en la sede electrónica de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares, accesible desde www.portsdebalears.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
