Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en el informe adjunto MF-673 relativa a la modificación del puesto de trabajo de Jefe/a de departamento de Movilidad.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a la de su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
