    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu, reunido en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 26 de junio de 2020, ha sido aprobada la corrección de los errores materiales detectados en la documentación escrita de la Modificación puntual número 10 de las Normas Subsidiarias de planeamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu, aprobada definitivamente el 30 de abril de 2020 y publicada en el BOIB número 89 de 21 de mayo de 2020, siendo los acuerdos adoptados los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la rectificación de los errores materiales detectados en la documentación escrita de la Modificación puntual número 10 de las Normas Subsidiarias, aprobada definitivamente por este Pleno el 30 de abril de 2020 y publicada en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears número 89 de día 21 de mayo de 2020, consistentes en:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Apartado 8.5.1 de la Memoria justificativa&lt;/strong&gt;, relativo a la modificación de la ordenación definida por las NNSS vigentes para los terrenos incluidos en la unidad de actuación en suelo urbano UA-11SE:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;: “d. El mantenimiento en lo básico de la configuración y magnitud de las dos piezas de terrenos calificados para uso de equipamiento, la más pequeña de las cuales se recalifica como Equipamiento docente EQ-D y cuya superficie global se mantiene en los 23.173 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; iniciales”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Debe decir&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: d. El mantenimiento en lo básico de la configuración y magnitud de las dos piezas de terrenos calificados para uso de equipamiento, la más pequeña de las cuales se recalifica como Equipamiento docente EQ-D y cuya superficie global se incrementa hasta los 24.054 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Apartado 1.5 del Anexo III&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Documentación escrita modificada&lt;/strong&gt;: Modificación en el Anexo II Unidades de actuación en suelo urbano, de las fichas de las unidades de actuación UA-05SE y UA-11SE, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En relación a la &lt;strong&gt;ficha de la unidad de actuación UA-11SE, el punto c1. Usos no Lucrativos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Subtotal de superficie mínima de usos no lucrativos: 29.054 m2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el contenido del presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, así como en la web municipal.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
