&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El día 28 de febrero de 2020, el centro CEF Escuela de Artes Audiovisuales, con código de centro 07015094, presentó una solicitud en la cual se pedía la autorización para impartir el CFGS de Técnico Superior en Animación 3D, Juegos y Entornos Interactivos en una temporalización especial permanente a partir del curso 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La motivación de la solicitud plantea que con esta organización horaria se favorecerá una mayor comprensión y aplicación práctica de los contenidos porque se aplicarán y se ejecutarán tal como se hace en los entornos laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La solicitud &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del centro mencionado&lt;/span&gt; se ajusta a lo que se establece en los artículos 6, 7 y 8 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 13 de julio de 2009 por la cual se regula la organización y el funcionamiento de los ciclos formativos de formación profesional, en que se disponen las organizaciones temporales y/u organizaciones horarias especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La propuesta organizativa se detalla en el anexo de esta resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El 29 de junio&lt;/span&gt; de 2020, el director general de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores firmó un informe favorable para la autorización de una organización temporal especial en los mismos términos que figuran en esta Resolución&lt;span style="color:#0070c0"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El informe indica que se ha comprobado que la solicitud del centro respeta la normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las enseñanzas se deben impartir de conformidad con el Real decreto 1583/2011, de 4 de noviembre, por el cual se establece el título de Técnico Superior en Animación 3D, Juegos y Entornos Interactivos y se fijan las enseñanzas mínimas, y con la Orden ECD/309/2012, de 15 de febrero, por la cual se establece el currículum del ciclo formativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 41.4 del Real decreto 1147/2011, de 29 de julio, por el cual se establece la ordenación general de la formación profesional del sistema educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El artículo&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; 21&lt;/span&gt; del Decreto 91/2012, de 23 de noviembre, por el cual se establece la ordenación general de la formación profesional del sistema educativo en el sistema integrado de formación profesional en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El artículo 6 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 13 de julio de 2009 por la cual se regula la organización y el funcionamiento de los ciclos formativos de formación profesional &lt;/span&gt;del&amp;nbsp;sistema educativo que se imparten de acuerdo con la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, en las Illes Balears, en la modalidad de enseñanza presencial&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, el cual regula las organizaciones temporales y/u organizaciones horarias especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Autorizar la organización temporal especial para el CFGS de Técnico Superior en Animación 3D, Juegos y Entornos Interactivos al CEF, Escuela de Artes Audiovisuales, con código de centro 07015094, en los términos que se especifican en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar a la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores para que adopte las medidas necesarias para aplicar lo dispuesto en esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ordenar que esta Resolución se publique en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Establecer que esta Resolución entre en vigor al inicio del curso escolar 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Los términos de esta autorización se deben hacer constar en el proyecto curricular del &lt;/span&gt;CFGS de Técnico Superior en Animación 3D, Juegos y Entornos Interactivos&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La duración anual de todos los módulos se ajusta a la duración fijada en el currículum del título. Esta organización temporal y horaria solo afectará al número de horas semanales de determinados módulos durante los diferentes trimestres. Los módulos que se ven afectados son de primer curso y se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1087. Animación de elementos 2D y 3D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1088. Color, iluminación y acabados en 2D y 3D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El resto de módulos del ciclo se imparten en la forma prevista en la Orden ECD/309/2012, de 15 de febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El motivo de la organización temporal especial es poder llevar a cabo estos módulos en proyectos transversales, que se estructurarán de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Esta distribución se podrá ajustar anualmente en función del calendario escolar, siempre y cuando el número de horas de cada módulo cumpla el mínimo marcado por el currículum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. El módulo 1086. Diseño, dibujo y modelado por animación tiene incorporadas las horas que se imparten en inglés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Los alumnos que solo cursen alguna de las tres materias afectadas tendrán proyectos adaptados solo para los contenidos del módulo que cursan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. El proceso de evaluación de cada módulo será consecuente con la distribución temporal establecida en la planificación anual del ciclo y será independiente de los otros módulos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. El módulo de Diseño, dibujo y modelado por animación y el de Animación de elementos 2D y 3D se cursarán durante las tres evaluaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. El módulo de Color, iluminación y acabados 2D y 3D se cursará durante la segunda y tercera evaluación del curso escolar, por lo cual la evaluación de este módulo se llevará a cabo en dos evaluaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El centro ajustará anualmente la propuesta al calendario escolar, respetando el total de horas por módulo y los términos de la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
