DE JUSTICIA DEL JUZGADO DE LO SOCIAL NÚM 2 DE LOS DE Valencia</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">HAGO SABER: Que en este Juzgado, se siguen <strong>autos n</strong><strong>úm. 000628/2018</strong> a instancias de YAIZA VILLALON GÓMEZ, MARÍA DEL MAR SÁNCHEZ CERVERA, ROSA ANA ESPADA ZAMORA, LAURA PARDO MARTÍNEZ, CHIARA PICCINI&nbsp; y MARÍA RUÍZ HERREROS contra HIDROPOLIS SPA S.L.U., HIDROAQUA SPA VALENCIA S.L., FAMALAVIA S.L., FONDO DE GARANTÍA SALARIAL y ML SPA ESTUDIO,S.L. en la que el día 23-6-20 se ha dictado resolución cuya parte dispositiva dice:<strong>"FALLO</strong>.-Estimando la demanda que da origen a estas actuaciones, debo condenar y condeno solidariamente a las empresas codemandadas FAMALAVIA,S.L., HIDRÓPOLIS SPA,S.L.U., HIDROAQUA SPA VALENCIA,S.L. y ML SPA ESTUDIO,S.L. a que, por los conceptos expresados en la demanda, abonen a las actoras que se dirán los importes que por retribuciones devengadas, intereses moratorios e indemnización por terminación del contrato de trabajo eventual les son adeudadas,&nbsp; debiendo estar y pasar por los efectos de esta resoluciónen las funciones que legalmente tiene atribuidas, la administradora concursal de las mismas “Artículo 27 Ley Concursal,S.L.P.”, representada por D. font-size:12px">Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes con advertencia de que no es firme y que frente a la misma cabe recurso de suplicación para ante la <strong>SALA DE LO SOCIAL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE JUSTICIA DE LA COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA, </strong>que deberá anunciarse dentro de los <strong>CINCO D</strong><strong>ÍAS </strong>siguientes a su&nbsp; notificación, lo que podrá efectuar el interesado al hacerle la notificación con la mera manifestación de la parte o de su Abogado o representante de su propósito de entablar tal recurso, o bien por comparecencia o por escrito presentado, también de cualquiera de ellos, ante este Juzgado de lo Social.
