CAIB es 5675 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinària celebrada el día 25 de junio de 2020, ha aprobado la convalidación del Decreto nº 2020-2852 por el que se aprueba el exp. nº 3/2020 de modificación presupuestaria del Presupuesto Ordinario de esta Corporación, bajo la modalidad de Créditos Extraordinarios financiados con el remanente de Tesorería para gestos generales,&nbsp; font-size:12px">En virtud de lo que establece el articulo 20.2 del RDL 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, por el que se adoptan medidas urgentes complementarias en el ámbito social y económico para hacer frente a la COVID-19, que establece que la modificación presupuestaria de Crédito extraordinario para habilitar Crédito que se tanga que aprovar, se tramitarà por decreto del Presidente de la corporación local sin que sean de aplicación las normes sobre reclamación y publicidad de los presupuestos a que se refiere el articulo 169 del texto refundido de la LRHL, aprobado por RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo;
