&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico, el tiempo transcurrido y las circunstancias sociales actuales, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, concretamente en la línea 5, seguridad en el trabajo, del objetivo III, lucha contra las desigualdades, gestionada por la Dirección General de Consumo de la Consejería de Salud y Consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En este caso se considera oportuno ampliar la línea con el objetivo de impulsar la colaboración y el diálogo entre les asociaciones de consumidores y cualquier otro órgano o entidad de la Administración sobre materias de interés general o sectorial que afecten a los consumidores y usuarios, además de ampliar el crédito previsto en el presente ejercicio presupuestario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo citado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones a la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corresponde, por tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&amp;nbsp;Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETIVO III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LUCHA CONTRA LAS DESIGUALDADES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
