&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre. General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Unidades familiares en las que ambos progenitores/as o un/a progenitor/a (en caso de familias mono-parentales) trabajen a media jornada o más y que el lugar de trabajo que ocupen no contemple la posibilidad de conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El padre, la madre o tutores legales integrantes de la unidad familiar que figure como titular del hogar familiar en el documento de cotización a la Seguridad Social de la persona trabajadora del hogar contratada para el cuidado del hijo o de la hija menor.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segundo. Objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La ayuda tiene como objeto&amp;nbsp; facilitar la conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral, favoreciendo el acceso y la permanencia en el mercado laboral de les persones con menores a su cargo, en base a la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de soporte a las familias y, en&amp;nbsp; el artículo 32 del DL 8/20202, de soporte a los ayuntamientos para favorecer la recuperación económica. En concreto, contribuir al pago de los gastos originados por la contratación de una persona para el cuidado, a domicilio, de los hijos y hijas menores de 6 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serán hechos subvencionables la contratación de persones dadas de alta en el Sistema Especial para Empleados del hogar establecido en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social para el cuidado a domicilio de hijos y hijas menores de 6 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El periodo subvencionable será desde el 10 de junio al 10 de septiembre &lt;/span&gt;de 2020&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La cuantía de la ayuda se determinará en función de la renta familiar &lt;/span&gt;anual&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;, teniendo en cuenta que la cuantía máxima subvencionable para todo el período por unidad familiar será de 3.500€ :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
