&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La Comisión Permanente del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana está integrada por el presidente, los vicepresidentes, el secretario y un miembro de cada uno de los nueve grupos de vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El Pleno del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana se reunió el 11 de diciembre de 2019 y, en el orden del día de la sesión, se incluía, en el punto 3, la elección de los representantes de los grupos de vocales en la Comisión Permanente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La elección se hizo según lo previsto en el artículo 12.2 del Reglamento del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana, y el Pleno ratificó por unanimidad la propuesta de vocales que integrarán la Comisión Permanente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Decreto 64/2002, de 3 de mayo, de creación del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana, modificado por el Decreto 90/2019, de 29 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 12 del Reglamento del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Nombrar a los siguientes vocales del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana que integrarán la Comisión Permanente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En representación del Grupo A:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
