    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para hacer constar &amp;nbsp;que el Sr. Alcalde en resolución del día 22/06/2020, dictó el Decreto núm. 282/2020 que resuelve delegar en la Sra. Margalida Villalonga Reinoso la resolución de los expedientes 146/2020, 405/2020 y 485/2020, otorgando la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos con efectos a terceros, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Vistas las causas de abstención que prevé el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y dado que en el Ayuntamiento se están tramitando varios expedientes respecto de los cuales me encontraría en alguna de las situaciones descritas en dicho precepto, concretamente los expedientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;405/2020 Expediente Sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;146/2020 Concesión de una licencia de Vado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;485/2018 Gestión urbanística, recepción de la&amp;nbsp;Ua-11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Visto que según establece el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, me correspondería la competencia para la tramitación y resolución de los mencionados expedientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En aplicación de los artículos 43.5 y 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real&amp;nbsp;Decreto&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;2568/1986,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;.- Delegar en la Sra. Margalida Villalonga Reinoso,&amp;nbsp;1ra&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Teniente de Alcalde de esta Corporación la tramitación y resolución de los expedientes 405/2020, 146/2020 y 485/2018, otorgando la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos con efectos a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;.- Ordenar la publicación en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Oficial de las Islas Baleares en conformidad con el previsto en el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real&amp;nbsp;Decreto&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;2568/1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
