    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que no ha sido possible notificar el acuerdo de inicio de los expedientes sancionadores y la obertura de plazos de alegaciones o pruebas por presunta infracción de la normativa de pesca, Ley 6/2013 de 7 de noviembre de pesca marítima, marisqueo y acuicultura de las Illes Balears, les notificamos, de conformidad con lo que prevé el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, con este anncio se pone en conocimiento de las personas interesadas que se indican a continuación haciendo constar que: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r.- Disponen de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de ésta notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora, para que formulen sus alegaciones, documentos o informaciones que consideren convenientes y, en todo caso, proponer prueba concretando los medios de los cuales pretende valerse. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n.- Mentras dure la tramitación de los expedientes sancionadores, las personas interesadas podrán examinarlos y conocer la identidad de la instructora y secretaria, al efecto de la recusación que prevé el artículo 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
