    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con la legislación vigente en materia de haciendas locales, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la sesión celebrada el día 30 de abril de 2020, aprobó inicialmente la &lt;strong&gt;Incorporación de Remanentes por Pleno número 5&lt;/strong&gt; en el Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento para el ejercicio 2020 y se publicó en el BOIB núm.91 de 23 de mayo de 2020.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiendo transcurrido el término de exposición público, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 177.2 en concordancia con el artículo 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, no se ha presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación a la &lt;strong&gt;Incorporación de Remanentes por Pleno número 5&lt;/strong&gt;, por lo que queda aprobada definitivamente, transcribiéndose el detalle de la modificación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Aprobar inicialmente el expediente de modificación de crédito &lt;strong&gt;PLENO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;n.º 5/2020&lt;/strong&gt; del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario para la aplicación del superávit presupuestario con el siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
