    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 14.05.20, acordó la aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación de créditos número 4.2020 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de transferencias de crédito entre aplicaciones de diferentes áreas de gasto, que no afectan a altas y bajas de crédito de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 169.1, por remisión del 179.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, no habiéndose presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, ha quedado automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario de aprobación inicial de este Ayuntamiento, adoptado en fecha de dia 14.05.20 sobre la modificación de créditos número 4.2020 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de transferencias de crédito entre aplicaciones de diferentes áreas de gasto, que no afectan a altas y bajas de crédito de personal, tal como sigue a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra el presente Acuerdo, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 171 del Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de esta Jurisdicción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sin perjuicio de esto, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 113.3,de la Ley 7/1985, la interposición de este recurso no suspenderá por si sola la efectividad del acto o Acuerdo impugnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
