    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el 18 de junio de 2020, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aprobar la siguiente Ordenanza fiscal reguladora y establecer el precio público para la prestación del servicio de piscina municipal y cursos de natación, que se regirá por las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO POR LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE PISCINA MUNICIPAL Y CURSOS DE NATACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Fundamento y naturaleza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las facultades atribuidas por &lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los &lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;artículos 41 a 47&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; y &lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;127&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, este Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación del servicio de Piscina Municipal y cursos de natación, que se especifica en las cuotas que se contienen en el artículo 5 siguiente, y que se regirá por la presente Ordenanza.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Supuesto de hecho&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituye el supuesto de hecho de este precio público la prestación del servicio de piscina municipal y cursos de natación conforme a la normativa vigente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. Obligados al pago&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Están obligadas al pago las personas naturales o jurídicas que soliciten para ellas o para terceras personas, cualquiera de los servicios, prestaciones o actividades gravadas por esta ordenanza.&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Nacimiento de la obligación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La obligación de pago nace desde el momento en que el sujeto pasivo se solicita la utilización de la instalación municipal o la prestación del servicio.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;strong&gt; Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponderá abonar por la prestación del servicio regulado en esta ordenanza los siguientes precios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Piscina Municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Abono de temporada (familiar) 35,00 euros / unidad familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;id. (individual, menos de 14 años) 20,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;id. (individual, de 14 a 65 años) 25,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;id. (individual, más de 65 años) 5,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(La edad a considerar será la que se tenga cuando se solicite el servicio o se pida el abono).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursos de natación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursillo (menores de 65 años) 40,00 euros / persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursillo (más de 65 años) gratuito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. Régimen de declaración e ingreso&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La cuota se considerará devengada desde que nazca la obligación de pago, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 4 de esta ordenanza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La recaudación del precio público se realizará en las oficinas municipales, mediante la entrega del correspondiente justificante de pago. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza, una vez aprobada definitivamente, comenzará a aplicarse el día siguiente a la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, permaneciendo en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
