font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Aprobado inicialmente por el Pleno del Consejo Insular en sesión de carácter ordinario de 18 de mayo de 2020, el siguiente expediente de modificación del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Expediente de transferencias de créditos al presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca, por importe de 2.000.000,00 € detallado en la memoria que consta en el expediente.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Publicado el pertinente anuncio en el BOIB núm. 89, de fecha 21-5-2020, en el tablón de edictos de la página web del Consejo Insular, y transcurrido el plazo de 15 días, legalmente establecido, sin que se haya presentado ningún tipo de reclamación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">De conformidad con el art. 177, en relación con el 169, del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley que regula las Haciendas Locales, se entiende definitivamente aprobado dicho expediente.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Asimismo se hace público que el acuerdo de aprobación provisional del expediente se hacía constar lo siguiente:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Señalar que la transferencia a la aplicación 2.92900.4800000 "Ayudas 3r sector COVID-19", por importe de 200.000 €, se realiza a un programa de imprevistos, situaciones transitorias y contingencias de ejecución. Por lo tanto, cuando se conozcan los beneficiarios concretos de estas ayudas insulares, que pueden ser entidades ambientales, culturales, deportivas, de participación ciudadana ..., se autoriza al consejero de Servicios Generales a transferir de nuevo estos créditos a la aplicación presupuestaria que permita la correcta contabilización del gasto correspondiente.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2.
