    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobado por la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión de día 17 de marzo de 2020, el pliego de cláusulas administrativas y técnicas particulares que regirá la contrata para la concesión de solares en el Cementerio Municipal de Felanitx para la construcción de dos bloques de capillas, mediante procedimento abierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se anuncia el procedimiento de licitación de acuerdo al siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Los señalados en la cláusula 9 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas y técnicas particulares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asignación: La asignación será por estricto orden de registro de entrada hasta agotar las existencias de solares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ubicación: La construcción será en lotes de 6 solares a la vez. El solicitante podrá escoger la ubicación de su solar dentro del lote en el que se encuentre incluído por estricto orden de entrada. Los solares seran identificados con la numeración definida en el plano adjunto (ANEXO 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En caso que el número de solicitudes no sean múltiples de 6, el Ayuntamiento decidirá si asume el coste de la estructura de las capillas restantes hasta completar el lote de 6 unidades o si excluye el/los solicitante/es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Precio de las concesiones:&lt;/strong&gt; 1.622,40 € por unidad de solar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Garantías exigidas:&lt;/strong&gt; No procede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Requisitos específicos del contratista: &lt;/strong&gt;Los señalados en el pliego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Presentación de las ofertas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Fecha límite de presentación: El 30º dia natural, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del anuncio de licitación en el BOIB&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; En el caso de que la publicación en el BOIB se produzca en sábado, el plazo de 30 días naturales empezará a contar a partir del primer día hábil siguiente a la fecha de publicación. Si el plazo termina en sábado, domingo o festivo, se trasladará el plazo final al primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
