&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El día 14 de septiembre de 2017 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, la Resolución del consejero de Innovación, Investigación y Turismo de 1 de septiembre de 2017 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria para proyectos coordinados de I+D, que establece las bases para la concesión de proyectos que impliquen de una manera conjunta a los centros de investigación y a las empresas, en el abordaje conjunto de la ciencia y la tecnología.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El punto 19.4 de la convocatoria establece los porcentajes mínimos a justificar para cada período y anualidad: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Que se ha advertido un error material en el contenido de la tabla anterior, ya que los porcentajes mínimos de justificación de la tercera y cuarta anualidad no son correctos (se ha invertido el orden).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rectificar el error material observado en el apartado 19.4 de la Resolución del consejero de Innovación, Investigación y Turismo de 1 de septiembre de 2017, en lo que respecta a los porcentajes mínimos de justificación, y que finalmente quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
