Requisitos de las entidades beneficiarias</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">3.1 Pueden solicitar las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria las federaciones, confederaciones y las uniones de entidades que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">a. Estar constituidas como entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">b. Estar constituidas legalmente e inscritas, en la fecha de publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, como entidades prestadoras de servicios sociales de ámbito suprainsular en el Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares, regulado en el capítulo II del Decreto 10/2013, de 28 de febrero, por el que se fijan los principios generales del Registro Unificado de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares y de los procedimientos para la autorización y la acreditación de servicios sociales, y se regulan la sección suprainsular del Registro y los procedimientos para autorizar y acreditar servicios sociales de ámbito suprainsular.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">c. Tener como objeto en los estatutos, exclusivamente, actuaciones o actividades en materia del ámbito social. El carácter social de las entidades, deberá quedar debidamente acreditado en sus estatutos.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">d. Tener, de acuerdo con las entidades que integran la federación, confederación o unión de entidades, un ámbito de actuación material que afecte a alguno de los siguientes sectores de población:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">⎯ Personas con discapacidad física, psíquica y sensorial.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">⎯ Personas con diagnóstico de salud mental grave.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">⎯ Personas mayores en situación de dependencia.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">⎯ Personas en situación de pobreza o exclusión social.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">e. Disponer de sede o delegación permanente y activa en las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">f. Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">g. Haber justificado las ayudas o las subvenciones que hayan recibido anteriormente de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">h. No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario de subvenciones que establecen el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones; la disposición final primera de la Ley 2/2018, de 13 de abril, de memoria y reconocimiento democráticos de las Islas Baleares, que modifica el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones en cuanto a la prohibición para ser beneficiario de la subvenciones por haber sido sancionada por resolución administrativa firme por atentar, alentar o tolerar prácticas en contra de la Memoria Democrática de las Islas Baleares, y el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">y. No haber sido objeto de sanciones administrativas firmes, ni de sentencias condenatorias por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, en cumplimiento del artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">j. Tener un ámbito de actuación suprainsular.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">3.2. Quedan excluidas de esta convocatoria aquellas federaciones, confederaciones y uniones de entidades que abordan los aspectos sociales de forma secundaria en sus actividades</span>.</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Segundo. Objeto</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El objeto de esta convocatoria de subvenciones es fomentar la participación social y potenciar el tejido asociativo mediante la financiación de los gastos ordinarios de funcionamiento de las federaciones, confederaciones y las uniones de entidades sin ánimo de lucro de ámbito suprainsular que llevan a cabo, exclusivamente, actuaciones a favor de personas dentro del ámbito social.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Tercero. Bases reguladoras</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Esta convocatoria se rige por la Orden de la consejera de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social de 24 de mayo de 2012, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de servicios sociales, de personas en situación especial, de menores y familia, y de planificación y formación de servicios sociales (BOIB núm. 76, de 29 de mayo).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Cuarto.
