&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En fecha 3 de marzo de 2020 se publicó, en el BOIB 27, la modificación de las bases que han de regir el proceso para constituir una bolsa de trabajo para proveer, con personal funcionario interino, necesidades urgentes existentes en la policía local del Ayuntamiento de Banyalbufar.Para evitar causar posibles perjuicios a las posibles personas interesadas en participar, considerando la modificación realizada de carácter sustancial, y al no haber dado nuevo plazo para poder presentar instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Otorgar un plazo de cinco días hábiles, para presentar instancias a contar desde el día siguiente de esta resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Modificación de las bases reguladoras de la convocatoria para la constitución de una bolsa para proveer, con personal funcionario interino, necesidades urgentes existentes en la policía local del ayuntamiento de Banyalbufar, quedando este apartado redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;"ANEXO I BAREMO DE MÉRITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El tribunal evaluará los méritos que las personas aspirantes aleguen y que justifiquen correctamente, de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Valoración del curso de capacitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.1. Valoración del curso de capacitación de la misma categoría a la que se accede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sólo se valorarán los cursos expedidos u homologados por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP) que estén en vigor. La valoración de la nota obtenida en el curso básico de capacitación de policía es el resultado de multiplicar la nota por un coeficiente de 0,8, hasta un máximo de 8 puntos. En el resto de categorías, en las que sea exigible el curso de capacitación para el acceso, la valoración es el resultado de multiplicar la nota por un coeficiente de 0,5, hasta un máximo de 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.2. Valoración del curso de capacitación de una categoría superior a la categoría a la que se accede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La valoración del curso de capacitación de una categoría superior a la categoría a la que se accede sólo se valorará en los procedimientos de promoción interna, externa, movilidad y de provisión de puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sólo se valorarán los cursos expedidos u homologados por la EBAP que estén en vigor. La valoración por la posesión del curso de capacitación es el resultado de multiplicar la nota por un coeficiente de 0,4 hasta un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Valoración de los servicios prestados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.1 Concurso para el ingreso a la categoría de policía local, o policía en ayuntamientos sin cuerpo de policía local y del concurso de las bolsas extraordinarias de interinos para esta categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 42 puntos, de acuerdo con los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) Por cada mes completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos como policía local o turístico en las Islas Baleares: 0,5 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 32 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Por cada mes completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos en otras categorías, en los cuerpos o fuerzas de seguridad estatales, policías locales de otras comunidades autónomas, policías autonómicas o ejército profesional: 0,3 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 10 puntos. "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Con la modificación de este apartado también se ve modificado el Anexo III Modelo normalizado de presentación de méritos, quedando de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
