&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;SERVICIO JURÍDICO ADMINISTRATIVO DE GESTIÓN URBANÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12pt"&gt;PD2016-0004 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno de Palma, en sesión de día 26/02/2020,&amp;nbsp; aprobó inicialmente el proyecto de urbanización de la UE 63-06, en la calle Aragó, 87, en Hostalets promovido per ALFONSO EL MAGNANIMO, SL, redactado por el arquitecto Simón de Lecea Rivière.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;En cumplimiento de los artículos 71.2 y 79.4 de la Ley 12/2017, de 29 de Diciembre, de urbanismo de las Illes Balears (BOIB 160 de 29 de Diciembre); el 200.1.b) del Reglamento General de la Ley 2/2014, de 25 de marzo, de ordenación y uso del suelo, para la isla de Mallorca (BOIB 66 de 30-04-15); el 70.2 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, modificada por la Ley 11/99, de 21 de abril y el 83 de la Ley 39/15, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se somete a información pública de un mes el mencionado proyecto de urbanización.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;Quienes se consideren afectados pueden examinarlo,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;juntamente con la documentación técnica aprobada, en la Sección de Información Urbanística del Área de Modelo de Ciudad, Vivienda Digna y Sostenibilidad (Avda. Gabriel Alomar, 18, bajos, Edificio Municipal de las Avenidas) y/o en la sede electrónica municipal en la dirección: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;y formular las alegaciones que estimen pertinentes en el mencionado plazo y mediante escrito dirigido al alcalde, que puede presentarse en el Registro General de las Oficinas de Atención a la Ciudadanía, OAC Avingudes (Av. de Gabriel Alomar, 18), OAC Cort (Plaza de Santa Eulàlia, 9), OAC L'Arenal (Av. d'Amèrica, 11), OAC L'Escorxador (C/ de l'Emperadriu Eugènia, 6), OAC Pere Garau (C/ de Pere Llobera, 9), OAC Sant Agustí (C/ de Margaluz, 30), OAC Sant Ferran (Av. de Sant Ferran, 42), OAC Son Ferriol (Av. del Cid, 8 ), OAC Son Moix (Camí de la Vileta, 40).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
