&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.bi 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;( http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnStrana/es/index&lt;u&gt;)&lt;/u&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presente convocatoria tiene por objeto la concesión de tres premios de Turismo sostenible destinados al fomento de los estudios que permitan poner en práctica, ya sea por las instituciones públicas o privadas, políticas encaminadas a promover un turismo sostenible y de calidad, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva y de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La finalidad de esta convocatoria es premiar los tres mejores proyectos de estudio originales e inéditos de turismo que desarrollen los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la Agenda 2030, sobre todo aquellos que están especialmente ligados al turismo como son el 8, 12 y 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Cuantía premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El presupuesto de gastos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca para el año 2020 ha destinado la cantidad de 12.000,00 € ( doce mil euros ) a los premios objeto de esta convocatoria, que se distribuirán en función del orden de puntuación obtenido de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Primer premio: 6.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Segundo premio: 4.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Tercer premio: 2.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. Requisitos de los candidatos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para optar a los premios los candidatos deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas mayores de edad, que de forma individual o colectiva, presenten un proyecto de Turismo Sostenible de acuerdo con esta convocatoria . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Que la persona o personas que forman el equipo estén en posesión de una titulación universitaria o que hayan superado la mitad de los créditos de una titulación universitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;No incursas en causa de prohibición del artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo insular de Mallorca.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017, modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo en sesión de día 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Requisitos de los proyectos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los proyectos que se presenten deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- No se han de haber subvencionado, premiado o becado en otro certamen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- No pueden haber sido editados íntegramente o expuesto en su totalidad en un espacio público o privado .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El formato y estructura del proyecto será el fijado en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El desarrollo del proyecto debe contar, como mínimo, con los siguientes apartados: Título del proyecto, Objetivos generales y específicos, planteamiento teórico del proyecto y metodología a seguir para su ejecución, conclusiones, fuentes de consulta , bibliografia y anexos y soportes gráficos y/o audiovisuales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En el proyecto no puede haber ninguna referencia al autor o autores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Plazo para presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes, y toda la documentación anexa a la solicitud, es de cuarenta (40) días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este extracto en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, mediante la presentación en el Registro General del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, y también a los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo. Otros datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El modelo normalizado de solicitud y la documentación que se debe acompañar se encuentra disponible, igualmente, en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/es/ficha?key=52661).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
