&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Mediante el Decreto 10/2018, de 13 de abril, se creó el Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La Orden del Consejero de Educación y Universidad de 20 de abril de 2018 regula la puesta en funcionamiento de este centro a partir del curso 2018-2019. Esta Orden establece que los profesores deben desarrollar sus tareas en régimen de comisión de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Los profesores deben ser nombrados en comisión de servicios por la directora general de Personal Docente, a propuesta del director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros y tras una selección previa, por concurso de méritos, entre funcionarios docentes pertenecientes a los Cuerpos de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, profesores de escuelas oficiales de idiomas (EOI), o de profesores técnicos de formación profesional (FP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. La permanencia de los profesores en el centro en comisión de servicios tiene una limitación en el tiempo y está sometida a las evaluaciones periódicas de la labor desarrollada, realizadas conjuntamente por el Departamento de Inspección Educativa y el equipo directivo del centro en las condiciones que se determinen en la normativa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5. Por Resolución del director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros y de la directora general de Personal Docente de día 23 de abril de 2018 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria pública para cubrir, en comisión de servicios, plazas de profesor del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB), se cubrieron las plazas correspondientes a la convocatoria, que tenían una duración de dos años. Por lo tanto, estas comisiones finalizaban este curso 2019-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;6. Actualmente, y con motivo de la emergencia sanitaria provocada por la COVID-19 el Gobierno estatal aprobó el Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declaró el estado de alarma para la gestión de la situación de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por COVID-19. Estado de alarma que continúa en vigor dadas las sucesivas prórrogas aprobadas posteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;7. En estos momentos, para garantizar el funcionamiento de los servicios públicos esenciales para la ciudadanía, resulta ineludible continuar los procesos para la preparación y la puesta en marcha del próximo curso escolar 2020-2021, cuyo inicio y funcionamiento debe ser garantizado por la Administración educativa en condiciones de absoluta normalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;8. Dada la situación de alarma en que nos encontramos, la convocatoria de un procedimiento de comisión de servicios específico para el IEDIB, para la cobertura de todas las plazas ocupadas en comisión de servicios que finalizan este curso 2019-2020, resulta prácticamente imposible dadas las circunstancias actuales, por la gran cantidad de plazas que se deberían ofertar y los plazos de que se dispone. Por lo que, se considera como medida más adecuada, la prórroga de las comisiones de servicios anteriores por un año más, en las mismas condiciones establecidas en la Resolución de convocatoria de 23 de abril de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;9. Por otra parte, las plazas que no fueron cubiertas por comisiones de servicios, y que se ocuparon mediante el nombramiento de docentes interinos para el curso 2019-2020, es necesario ofrecerlas mediante la correspondiente convocatoria para el curso 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;10. Se considera indispensable para proteger el interés general de la comunidad educativa y el funcionamiento básico de este centro de educación a distancia, disponer del personal docente adecuado y suficiente para la cobertura de las plazas del IEDIB. Por tanto, con esta resolución se aprueba, no sólo la prórroga por un año de las comisiones de servicios aprobadas de acuerdo con la Resolución de 23 de abril de 2018, sino también la convocatoria, mediante comisión de servicios, de la provisión de las plazas no ocupadas en comisión de servicios en el IEDIB para el curso 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;11. En los concursos públicos de méritos para la selección de los profesores se valorarán, de conformidad con el baremo establecido en la convocatoria correspondiente, la adecuación del perfil profesional en el lugar de trabajo, los méritos y el currículum profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;12. Mediante Resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 22 de mayo de 2020, se declaró este procedimiento como indispensable para la protección del interés general dado que es necesario cubrir con el personal docente adecuado los puestos de trabajo de la IEDIB para el curso 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;13. El día 1 de junio de 2020 se ha presentado, la propuesta de prórroga de las de las comisiones de servicio que finalizan el curso 2019-2020, y la convocatoria del resto de plazas en comisión de servicios para el curso 2020-2021, en la Mesa Sectorial de Educación y se ha acordado aprobar la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, establece en el apartado 9 del artículo 3, que para garantizar el derecho a la educación de quienes no puedan asistir de manera regular a los centros docentes , se debe desarrollar una oferta adecuada de educación a distancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. La misma Ley establece, en el apartado 3 del artículo 69, que, igualmente, corresponde a las administraciones educativas organizar la oferta pública de educación a distancia con el fin de dar una respuesta adecuada a la formación permanente de las personas adultas y que esta oferta debe incluir el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. Por otra parte, el Real Decreto 1364/2010, de 29 de octubre, regula el concurso de traslados de ámbito estatal entre personal funcionario de los cuerpos docentes contemplados en la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, y otros procedimientos de provisión de plazas a cubrir este personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4. El Decreto 10/2018, de 13 de abril, creó el Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5. La Orden del Consejero de Educación y Universidad de 20 de abril de 2018 regula la puesta en funcionamiento de este centro a partir del curso 2018-2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Prorrogar para el curso 2020-2021 las comisiones de servicios otorgadas al personal docente del IEDIB en base a la Resolución del director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros y de la directora general de Personal Docente de día 23 de abril de 2018 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria pública para cubrir, en comisión de servicios, plazas de profesor del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobar la convocatoria pública para cubrir, en comisión de servicios, las plazas de profesor del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB) que no fueron cubiertas en la convocatoria anterior, cuyas bases figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Aprobar la relación de plazas de profesor (anexo 2), la relación de los documentos a aportar para acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos generales (anexo 3), el modelo de solicitud (anexo 4) y el baremo de los méritos académicos y profesionales alegados (anexo 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución y sus anexos en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29 / 1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1. Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto cubrir las plazas de profesor especialista del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB) que no fueron ocupadas en la anterior convocatoria del curso 2019-20, mediante un concurso público de méritos y en régimen de comisión de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2. De forma excepcional y por las consecuencias derivadas del estado de alarma, no es posible en este momento realizar la formación necesaria y que puntuó como mérito en las comisiones de servicio de años anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3. Las plazas pueden ser a jornada completa o parcial. Las plazas a jornada parcial suponen realizar el trabajo presencialmente en el centro donde tiene el destino y a distancia en el IEDIB. Las horas adicionales de cuota correspondientes se asignarán al centro donde el profesor tiene el destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Requisitos de los candidatos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1. Pueden participar en este concurso los docentes que cumplan los requisitos generales fijados en el punto 2.2. de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2. Los requisitos generales son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Ser funcionario de carrera en servicio activo del cuerpo de profesores de educación secundaria, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del cuerpo de profesores de la escuela oficial de idiomas o del cuerpo de profesores técnicos de &lt;/span&gt;formación profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Tener, en fecha anterior al 2 de septiembre de 2019, el destino definitivo en cualquier centro de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Tener las titulaciones o los certificados que acreditan el dominio de la lengua catalana exigible de conformidad con la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la que se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de y en lengua catalana, propia de las Illes Balears, en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, se establecen las equivalencias, se define el Plan de Formación Lingüística y Cultural (FOLC), se regulan las condiciones de la exención de la evaluación de la lengua catalana y literatura en las enseñanzas no universitarias y se determinan las funciones y la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Asesoramiento para la Enseñanza de y en Lengua Catalana (BOIB 27/3/2018 núm. 38)&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;No haber estado separado, mediante un procedimiento disciplinario, del servicio de ninguna de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni encontrarse inhabilitado de manera absoluta o especial, por resolución judicial, para empleos o cargos públicos, ni haber sido condenado por sentencia firme por algún delito contra la libertad y la identidad sexual, ni por tráfico de seres humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3. Los requisitos generales deben acreditarse aportando los documentos justificativos que se indican en el anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Méritos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los méritos para la obtención de la comisión de servicios son los establecidos en el anexo 5 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los profesores que obtengan la comisión de servicios deberán realizar la formación específica antes del inicio de las actividades lectivas del IEDIB. También deberán realizarla los funcionarios interinos que obtengan plaza en el IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Funciones de los profesores seleccionados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además de las funciones propias de los profesores de los centros públicos de secundaria y de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, los profesores seleccionados en comisión de servicios deben desempeñar las funciones establecidas en el apartado 7 de la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidad, de 2 de abril de 2019, por la cual se aprueban las instrucciones que regulan la organización, el funcionamiento y la evaluación, así como otros aspectos, del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pueden realizar estas tareas en las instalaciones del IEDIB o en el centro donde tengan el destino en el caso de jornadas parciales, de acuerdo con las instrucciones de funcionamiento del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Condiciones generales de los puestos de trabajo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El horario de trabajo de los profesores seleccionados es el establecido con carácter general para los profesores de secundaria, de formación profesional y de EOI mayoritariamente en turno de tarde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Presentación de las solicitudes y la documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1. Las personas interesadas deben presentar una solicitud, de acuerdo con el modelo que figura en el anexo 4, en uno de los registros habilitados por la Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación, en las delegaciones territoriales o en cualquiera de las dependencias que determina el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. También debe enviarse una copia escaneada de la solicitud a la dirección de correo electrónico ordenacio@dgplacen.caib.es dentro del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2. En la solicitud deben adjuntarse los documentos siguientes, con el índice correspondiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Los documentos justificativos del cumplimiento de los requisitos generales, que se indican en el anexo 3. No hay que presentar los documentos que figuren en el Portal del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Los documentos justificativos de los méritos especificados en el anexo 4. No hay que presentar los méritos que figuren en el Portal del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.3. Los requisitos y los méritos que aleguen las personas interesadas tienen que cumplirse en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, excepto los de experiencia profesional, que se contabilizarán a fecha de la finalización del curso escolar 2019-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.4. La solicitud (anexo 4) y la documentación justificativa deben presentarse en el plazo seis días hábiles contadores &amp;nbsp;desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Comisión de Selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.1. Debe constituirse una comisión de selección, que estará formada &lt;span style="display:none"&gt;por&lt;/span&gt; los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La jefa del Departamento de Planificación y Centros, o la persona en quien delegue, que la preside y que puede dirimir con su voto los empates que se puedan producir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El jefe del Departamento de Formación Profesional y Cualificaciones Profesionales, o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El jefe del Departamento de Personal Docente, o la persona en quien delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; El jefe del Departamento de Inspección Educativa, o el inspector en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;Un experto en enseñanzas a distancia designado por el director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Un funcionario adscrito al servicio de Planificación Educativa, sin voto y que actúa de secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se prevé la asistencia a las sesiones de la Comisión, con voz pero sin voto, de un representante de cada una de las organizaciones sindicales con representación en la Mesa Sectorial de Educación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.2. Para la constitución y el funcionamiento de la Comisión, que se puede realizar por medios telemáticos, es imprescindible la presencia de un mínimo de tres miembros, entre los cuales debe haber el presidente y el secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.3. Una vez constituida la Comisión, se publicará en la página web de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros (&lt;em&gt;http://dgplacen.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;) una relación de los miembros que la integran. Mediante esta publicación en la página web se considerará efectuada la notificación a los interesados, de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.4. La Comisión puede solicitar la opinión de personas expertas en el ejercicio de la enseñanza a distancia en los institutos de educación secundaria, las escuelas oficiales de idiomas y los centros de formación profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.5. Las funciones de la Comisión son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Verificar que los candidatos cumplen los requisitos generales de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Valorar los méritos alegados por los candidatos, de acuerdo con el baremo del anexo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Resolver las dudas o las discrepancias que puedan surgir en el desarrollo del proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Resolver las reclamaciones que se puedan presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;Publicar las listas provisionales y las definitivas del proceso de selección en la página web de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros (&lt;em&gt;http://dgplacen.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Hacer la propuesta de las comisiones de servicios para cubrir las plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.6. Los miembros de la Comisión deben abstenerse de intervenir en el procedimiento cuando se den las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y deben notificarlo a la autoridad competente. Igualmente, los participantes pueden recusar a los miembros de la Comisión cuando se dé alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 24 de la Ley mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Procedimiento de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.1. La Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros enviará al presidente de la Comisión de Selección las puntuaciones provisionales de los méritos de cada uno de los candidatos, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el anexo 5 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.2. La Comisión de Selección debe valorar y validar los méritos de los candidatos a partir de la documentación enviada por la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros y propondrá los candidatos de cada una de las plazas de acuerdo con el procedimiento siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La Comisión debe proponer para cada plaza el candidato que haya obtenido la puntuación más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; En caso de empate, debe seleccionarse el candidato que tenga más años de experiencia en enseñanza a distancia. Si aún así persiste el empate, se hará un sorteo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.3. La Comisión de Selección debe aprobar el acta final con los nombres de los candidatos propuestos. En el acta aparecerá la puntuación desglosada de los apartados del baremo de méritos que figura en el anexo 5 y la puntuación final global.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.4. La Comisión de Selección publicará una lista con los candidatos para cada especialidad con las puntuaciones definitivas en la página web de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros. Con esta publicación se entiende que se han notificado las puntuaciones a los candidatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.5. Si los interesados no están conformes, pueden presentar un escrito de alegaciones dirigido al presidente de la Comisión de Selección en un plazo de tres días hábiles contadores a partir del día siguiente de la publicación. La Comisión tiene que comunicar a los interesados la respuesta a sus alegaciones en un plazo de tres días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8.6. La puntuación final y la propuesta de las comisiones de servicios de las personas seleccionadas, junto con la documentación de todo el proceso, quedarán depositadas en la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Resolución, designación y provisión de los puestos de trabajo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.1. Recibida la propuesta de la comisión de selección, la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros comunicará a los profesores seleccionados la concesión de la comisión de servicios, completa o parcial, en el IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.2. El director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros propondrá los profesores seleccionados a la Dirección General de Personal Docente para que sean nombrados en comisión de servicios en el IEDIB a jornada completa o parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.3. Corresponde a la directora general de Personal Docente dictar y publicar en el BOIB la Resolución de nombramiento, que finaliza el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.4. La comisión de servicios se concede para un curso escolar y, una vez adjudicada, no se puede renunciar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Tener, en una fecha anterior al 2 de septiembre de 2019, el destino en cualquier centro de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Tener las titulaciones o los certificados que acreditan el dominio de la lengua catalana exigible de conformidad con la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la que se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de y en lengua catalana, propia de las Illes Balears, en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, se establecen las equivalencias, se define el Plan de Formación Lingüística y Cultural (FOLC), se regulan las condiciones de la exención de la evaluación de la lengua catalana y literatura en las enseñanzas no universitarias y se determinan las funciones y la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Asesoramiento para la Enseñanza de y en Lengua Catalana (BOIB 27/3/2018 núm. 38)&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; No haber estado separado, mediante un procedimiento disciplinario, del servicio de ninguna de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni encontrarse inhabilitado de manera absoluta o especial, por resolución judicial, para empleos o cargos públicos, ni haber sido condenado por sentencia firme por algún delito contra la libertad y la identidad sexual, ni por tráfico de seres humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación de los apartados anteriores debe incrementarse un 25% si los cargos se han ejercido en un centro con enseñanzas a distancia. En ningún caso este incremento permite superar la puntuación máxima de cada apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;0,3 puntos por cada año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;0,7 puntos por cada año desarrollado en el IEDIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Por actividades de formación específica relacionadas con las enseñanzas a distancia, el uso de Moodle o las TIC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;td style="vertical-align:bottom; width:100.0%"&gt;
			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;0,02 puntos por cada hora de formación u hora impartida como ponente en cursos relativos al uso de Moodle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;tr&gt;
			&lt;td style="vertical-align:bottom; width:100.0%"&gt;
			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;0,01 puntos por cada hora de formación u hora impartida como ponente en cursos relativos al uso de las TIC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
			&lt;/td&gt;
		&lt;/tr&gt;
	&lt;/tbody&gt;
&lt;/table&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Por otras actividades de formación específica vinculadas a la gestión organizativa y a la gestión pedagógica y por actividades de investigación y publicaciones relacionadas con la organización escolar y pedagógica y la gestión y la dirección de centros docentes, las enseñanzas a distancia o el uso de Moodle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
