&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar matriculado en un curso postobligatorio (bachillerato, ciclo formativo, universitario, estudios de régimen especial y/o estudios que conduzcan a la obtención de un titulo oficial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar empadronado en el municipio de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores por cualquier otro concepto tributario. De no ser así, tendrán 10 días hábiles para resolver la deficiencia detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El simple hecho de presentar la solicitud de las becas 2019/2020 supone aceptarlas y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Se establece la compatibilidad con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier Administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales siempre y cuando la cuantía total de todos las ayudas no supere los gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es regular las ayudas que conceda el Ayuntamiento de Andratx a los estudiantes que cursan estudios postobligatorios (bachiller, ciclo formativo, estudios universitarios, estudios de régimen especial y/o estudios que conduzcan a un titulo oficial) durante el curso 2019/2020 con independencia del centro en el que estén matriculados para poder sufragar los gastos consistentes en escolarización, libros, material escolar, actividades de refuerzo y programas especiales de educación así como los gastos derivados del transporte de los alumnos al centro educativo matriculados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si a la hora de determinar las ayudas correspondientes a las solicitudes, el crédito presupuestario no fuera suficiente para conceder todas, se reducirían proporcionalmente las cuantías resultantes hasta que no se supere el importe global de la concesión presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes deberán presentarse en el SAC del Ayuntamiento de Andratx en horario de 8'30h a 13'30h de lunes a viernes. Asimismo también se podrán presentar en los lugares establecidos en el art. 18, de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre 2015, Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. El plazo de presentación será de 15 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
