    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 3 de abril de 2020, la convocatoria de becas de formación práctica para estudiantes universitarios, 2020, se hace público la presente convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"CONVOCATORIA DE BECAS DE FORMACIÓN PRÁCTICA PARA ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS 2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es regular las ayudas que concederá el Ayuntamiento de Andratx a estudiantes universitarios para favorecer su formación y práctica profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objetivo prioritario de estas ayudas es completar la formación académica, adquirir experiencia y dar apoyo profesional al alumno. Por lo tanto, no hay vinculación laboral entre el Ayuntamiento y el alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las prácticas extracurriculares de los alumnos de Grado, Másteres Universitarios y títulos propios de la UIB quedan reguladas por la siguiente normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Real Decreto 592/2014, de 11 de julio de 2014 publicado al Boletín Oficial del Estado número 184 de 30 de julio de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acuerdo normativo del día 19 de septiembre de 2014 de la UIB publicado al FUE número 405 de 17 de octubre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las prácticas extracurriculares en empresas/entidades suponen la acogida al Ayuntamiento de Andratx de uno/a estudiante universitario/aria, durante un máximo de 650 horas por curso académico, para completar la formación práctica a la formación académica del estudiante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objetivo de las prácticas es la formación del estudiante universitario/aria, por lo tanto, no hay vinculación laboral entre la empresa/entidad y el estudiante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- REQUISITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Podrán solicitar estas ayudas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Pueden participar los estudiantes de Grado, Máster Universitario o título propio de la UIB (que tengan como mínimo 160 horas) y que hayan superado al menos un 50 por ciento de los créditos de los estudios. En el caso de los Másteres universitarios o títulos propios de la UIB que tengan una duración de un curso académico, las condiciones de participación serán las que se estipulen en el plan de estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tener un número de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los titulados no pueden disfrutar de este tipo de prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para los estudiantes que no sean de la UIB se establecerán en primer lugar los correspondientes convenios con las universidades correspondientes a pesar de que los requisitos serán los mismos y las cuantías a pagar también.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los peticionarios deben estar al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores en el mismo por cualquier otro concepto no tributario. De no ser así, tendrán 10 días hábiles para resolver la deficiencia detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El simple hecho de presentar la solicitud de las becas de formación práctica, supone aceptar estas bases y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los alumnos de la UIB tienen que estar inscritos en el DOIP o se tienen que inscribir para optar a la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los peticionarios tienen que presentar los siguientes documentos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Solicitud debidamente rellenada (que se encuentra en la página &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;www.andratx.cat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DNI /NIE del interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Afiliación en la seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentación que se estime conveniente para acreditar el cumplimiento por parte de los peticionarios de los criterios establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- PLAZO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes tendrán que presentarse al SAC del Ayuntamiento de Andratx en horario de 8'30 a 13'30h de lunes a viernes. Así mismo también se podrán presentar en los lugares establecidos en el art. 18, de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre 2015, Procedimiento Administrativo Común. El plazo será de 15 días a partir de la publicación del extracto de las mismas en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cumplimiento de los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Criterios de adjudicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mas créditos superados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de empate en los criterios anteriores se tendrá en cuenta la media del expediente académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- CUANTÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La beca -que tiene que ser abonada por el Ayuntamiento- depende del número de horas de prácticas que el estudiante/a haga al día. En la retribución mencionada a continuación se le tiene que aplicar un 2 por ciento de retención de IRPF, que se restará a las cantidades brutas, que serán mensuales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;90 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza una hora diaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;180 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza dos horas diarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;270 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza tres horas diarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;360 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza cuatro horas diarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;450 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza cinco horas diarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;540 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza seis horas diarias (solo durante los periodos no lectivos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;630 euros brutos, si el estudiante/a realiza siete horas diarias (solo durante los periodos no lectivos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento abonará a la Seguridad Social la cuota empresarial de cotización correspondiente al becario, establecida según el RD 1493/2011, de 24 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coste de gestión.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La FUEIB cobrará por la gestión a la empresa/entidad la cantidad de 200 euros más el IVA del 21 por ciento por estudiante/a en prácticas incorporado/ada en la empresa/entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se aplicará la tarifa especial de 75 euros más IVA en caso de renovaciones de becas por cambio de curso académico, por convenios tramitados por &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;spin-offs&lt;/span&gt;, empresas con cátedras UIB-FUEIB y ayuntamientos que tengan centro universitario en su municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.-PRESUPUESTO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento, a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 326.48101 Becas formación Práctica, con la cantidad de veinte mil euros (20.000,00.- €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8 .- BECAS OFERTADAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;1. Apoyo al proyecto denominado Digitalización de fondos documentales correspondientes a los expedientes de obras desde 1868 que se llevará a cabo en 2020. Consistirá en: proporcionar y archivar los lotes diarios de unidades documentales objeto de digitalización por parte del personal técnico de la empresa adjudicataria y velar por su correcta manipulación; el seguimiento del trabajo diario del personal técnico efectuando un control de calidad del trabajo realizado y de la introducción de los datos mediante la comprobación de un número indeterminado de imágenes escogidas por muestreo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;2. Apoyo a la revisión del inventario de licencias urbanísticas de los S. XIX y XX. Consistirá en: introducción y revisión de la información contenida en las bases de datos del inventario; depuración de los documentos duplicados y documentación auxiliar; revisión del estado de conservación de los documentos y retirada de materiales nocivos; ordenación, foliado e indexación de los expedientes, si procede, de cara a una futura digitalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;3. Apoyo al proceso de transferencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;4. Apoyo a la revisión del inventario topográfico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención es por concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para estudiantes de la UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento registrará en la web del DOIP la oferta de prácticas para acoger un/a estudiante con una antelación aproximada de 20 días antes de la fecha prevista para el inicio de las prácticas. Una vez recibida al DOIP se gestionará a la mayor brevedad posible y además se publicará en el tablero y se dará difusión en las redes sociales propias del DOIP, posteriormente el Ayuntamiento podrá consultar en la web del DOIP los CV de las personas que estén interesadas en la oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP pide al/la responsable de los estudios el visto bueno académico del plan de prácticas propuesto, requisito imprescindible para dar continuidad al proceso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- en el caso de los estudios de Grado: al/a la vicedecano/ana correspondiente de la UIB,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- en el caso de los másteres universitarios: al director/a del máster universitario,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- en los casos de los títulos propios: al director/a de el título propio y al director/a del Centro de Estudios de Posgrado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez que la UIB ha aceptado el plan de prácticas, lo DOIP hace la preselección de los candidatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP proporciona los CV de los estudiantes interesados en las prácticas en la empresa/entidad a través de la web del DOIP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento se compromete a incluir en el proceso de selección a todos los alumnos interesados y una vez finalizado el proceso comunicarles el resultado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento informará a los estudiantes sobre el resultado de la selección, también tiene que informar al DOIP a través del DOIP Virtual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Desde el momento en que el Ayuntamiento informa lo DOIP del/la candidato/a seleccionado/ada, este/a podrá iniciar las prácticas, como muy pronto, en el fin de semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP preparará el convenio marco para acoger estudiantes de prácticas curriculares y extracurriculares y lo enviará a través de Docusign (plataforma de firma electrónica) al Ayuntamiento para que se firme por el alcalde y posteriormente a la vicerrectora de estudiantes para que firme por su parte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP preparará el anexo/plano de prácticas para cada estudiante seleccionado y lo enviará a través de Docusign ( plataforma de firma electrónica) al Ayuntamiento para que se firme por parte del tutor nombrado por el Ayuntamiento, y posteriormente por el estudiante y por el tutor de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando el anexo/plano de prácticas esté firmado por todas las partes implicadas (Ayuntamiento, estudiante y tutor/a de la UIB), cada una de éstas, recibirá una copia por correo electrónico y el estudiante/a podrá empezar las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supuesto de que los estudiantes no sean de la UIB se tiene que firmar un convenio con cada una de las universidades correspondientes. Esta gestión se realizará desde el Centro Universitario con el apoyo del alumno. Y se seguirán los procedimientos que se marquen desde la Universidad correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A los alumnos en prácticas de otras Universidades se aplicarán las condiciones específicas de cada una, en caso de no tener condicionantes especiales se aplicarán los mismos de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Seguimiento de las prácticas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El responsable de los estudios en el momento de dar el visto bueno de las prácticas también designará un/a tutor/a responsable del seguimiento de las prácticas por parte de la UIB. Igualmente, el Ayuntamiento también asignará un/a tutor/a de prácticas que realizará el seguimiento de las prácticas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Durada: &lt;/strong&gt;Las prácticas se pueden realizar durante el curso académico, según las fechas que indique el calendario escolar publicado en el FOU de la UIB, o las que prevea el plan de estudios en el caso de los títulos propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La duración de las prácticas no puede superar las 650 horas por curso académico y como mínimo se tienen que realizar 80 horas. En los casos en que la duración sea inferior a 650 horas, el Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar por escrito la prórroga del convenio hasta llegar al máximo permitido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cualquier momento, si hay causas que lo justifiquen, el anexo/plano de prácticas se podrá rescindir por iniciativa de cualquiera de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El número máximo de horas de prácticas diarias es de 7. Con ello se pretende que el estudiante/a pueda compaginar los estudios con las prácticas remuneradas. Los días que los estudiantes tengan que hacer exámenes no tendrán que realizar las prácticas. El Ayuntamiento se compromete a dar facilidades para establecer el horario de los estudiantes. Sin embargo, durante los periodos no lectivos, el horario mencionado se puede aumentar hasta un máximo de 7 horas diarias, y habrá el aumento de ayuda económica correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- DERECHO SUPLETORIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En todo aquello que no se prevé en estas Bases, será de aplicación la Ordenanza Municipal reguladora de la concesión de ayudas y subvenciones; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre 2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; y su Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
