	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En fecha 30 de abril de 2020 la Subdirección de Presupuestos y Control del Gasto solicita a Distribuciones Médicas Muñoz, SL, la documentación necesaria para la donación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En fecha 8 de mayo de 2020; el gerente de Distribuciones Médicas Muñoz, SL, presenta por correo electrónico la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Acreditación de la mercantil y de su representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Escrito de ofrecimiento del bien, de fecha 8 de mayo de 2020, que establece que la donación de ambos láseres no conlleva carga ni gravamen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;[…]Revisada la documentació associada s'indica que es tracta de una donació i s'especifica que el fungible associat a dits equips està contractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;[…]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot lo anterior es considera dita donació PROCEDENT amb fungible associat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En fecha 21 de mayo &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el subdirector de Presupuestos y Control del Gasto emite un informe FAVORABLE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Dirección del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares adopta el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Autorizar la aceptación de la donación de Distribuciones Médicas Muñoz, SL, consistente en dos láseres verdes, con el número de serie XSP 60435 (valorado en 93.170 €) y con el número de serie XSP 51003 (valorado en 48.400 €), para el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares y destinados al Hospital Universitario Son Espases y al Hospital de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Determinar que la aceptación de los dos láseres verdes con el número de serie XSP 60435 y con el número de serie XSP 51003 no conlleva gasto alguno para los hospitales ni para el Servicio de Salud, ni implica la asunción de obligación alguna para con el donante. Además la donación se hace efectiva con carácter extraordinario y en ningún caso beneficia a ningún profesional sanitario ni constituye un incentivo para la recomendación, prescripción, compra, suministro, venta o administración de productos de marca determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Facultar al director general del Servicio de Salud para firmar los documentos relativos a la donación que sean pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
