&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En 15 de mayo de 2020 y con el número de registro 9.529, tiene entrada en el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Escritos de ofrecimiento de bienes, de 1 de abril de 2020, de la mercantil Centro Cardiológico Ibiza, SLP, de diez fonendoscopios y veinte pulsioximetros, valorados en 2.416,13 €, para el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares y destinados al Hospital Can Mises. Los escritos establecen lo siguiente [transcripción literal]:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;[…] El equipo que se dona no necesita fungible específico de la empresa donante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;[…] Esta donación se hace efectiva con carácter extraordinario y no supone la asunción de ninguna obligación adicional para ninguna de las dos partes que suscriben el presente documento. En ningún caso beneficia a ningún profesional sanitario ni constituye un incentivo para la recomendación, prescripción, compra, suministro, venta o administración de productos de marca determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Informe de necesidad emitido en fecha 1 de abril de 2020 por la directora gerente del Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera, que dispone lo siguiente [transcripción literal]:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 11 de marzo de 2020, la Organización Mundial de la Salud ha declarado como pandemia mundial el virus SARS-CoV-2 causante de la enfermedad Covid-19. La repercusión que está teniendo en la sanidad es más que notable y los elementos que se donan/ceden serán de gran utilidad para la atención de los pacientes ingresados con diagnostico o en estudio de COVID-.19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además, la aceptación de esos elementos no conlleva gasto alguno para el hospital ni para el Servicio de Salud, ni implica la asunción de obligación alguna para con el donante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Dirección del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares adopta el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Autorizar la aceptación de la donación de CENTRO CARDIOLÓGICO IBIZA SLP, consistente en 10 fonendoscopios y 20 pulsioxímetros, valorados en 2.416,13&amp;nbsp;€ para el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares y destinados al Hospital Can Misses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Determinar que aceptar la donación de los diez fonendoscopios y los veinte pulsioxímetros no comporta gasto alguno para el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares ni para el Hospital Can Misses.
