    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Extracto del acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, en sesión extraordinaria urgente de 12 de mayo de 2020, punto tercero del orden del día, por el cual se aprueban las bases y convocatoria que rigen la concesión de ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;económicas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para la actividad y mejora de la calidad comercial, destinadas a los establecimientos de actividades no esenciales afectados por el Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el cual se declara el estado de alarma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;COVID-19 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(expediente E0558/2/2020)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(ref. 506816 BDNS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conformidad con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ompleto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; cual se puede consultar en la Base de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atos Nacional de Subvenciones (&lt;/span&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria, de acuerdo con las bases reguladoras, es la concesión de ayudas económicas a personas titulares de establecimientos abiertos al público, afectadas económicamente por la situación de crisis ocasionada por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;COVID-19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aportar recursos económicos a los titulares de los establecimientos de actividades no esenciales, para contribuir a la reactivación de las empresas, al mantenimiento del tejido comercial y empresarial de Ferreries, y al impulso de la promoción y dinamización del sector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas físicas o jurídicas, en cualquier de las formas reconocidas, titulares de establecimientos de actividades no esenciales abiertos al público, obligados a cerrar la actividad o a no iniciarla, en cumplimiento del establecido en el Real Decreto 463/2020, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14 de marzo, por el cual se decreta el estado de alarma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios objetivos de otorgamiento de la ayuda económica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas se otorgarán a las personas físicas y jurídicas solicitantes que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;teng&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;an &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los requisitos determinados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l apartado 3 de las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuantía de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Establecimientos a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;biertos todo el año: 700 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;stablecimientos de temporada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;abiertos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; al públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; men&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;os de 8 meses al año):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 350 e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presupuesto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Importe de 40.000 euros con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 430.47900 del presupuesto para el año 2020, la cual podrá ser ampliada conforme al art. 58.2.a) del Real &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decreto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gastos subvencionad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;o&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;s&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gastos corrientes de alquiler, cuotas de préstamos, proveedores, suministros de agua, electricidad, gas y combustibles, comunicaciones (teléfono, correo, mensajería, conexión a Internet) y las retribuciones salariales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gastos en campañas y promoción comercial, en nuevas tecnologías, en formación, cuotas de asociaciones comerciales, y todo aquello relacionado con los compromisos adquiridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligaciones y compromisos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias de la ayuda económica se tienen que comprometer a realizar, como mínimo, dos de las acciones relacionadas al ANEXO III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo y forma de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de 20 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ut&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;lletí &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;O&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar mediante los modelos normalizados que facilita el Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con el que dictaminan las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se podrán presentar por cualquier de las formas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas será en concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Órganos competentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver la concesión de las ayudas será &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Batlia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se abonará en un único pago del 100%, a partir del momento de concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo de ejecución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de ejecución de las acciones será del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre del año de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo y forma de justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de justificación finalizará el 31 de enero del año siguiente al de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La justificación se presentará mediante los modelos normalizados que facilita el Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con el que dictaminan las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las bases, el modelo de solicitud y los anexos se encuentran en l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a web del Ayuntamiento.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;publica para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
