    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, en la sesión de 7 de octubre de 2019 (BOIB núm. 148 de 31 de octubre de 2019) aprobó las bases que rigen la concesión de ayudas de minimis para la creación en artes visuales y audiovisuales y la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada una de las líneas 1 a 4 disponen de un presupuesto con un importe máximo de 10.000 euros y la línea 5 con importe máximo de 20.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el dictamen de la Comisión Evaluadora prevista en el punto tercero de las bases que rigen dicha convocatoria para las líneas 1, 2, 3 y 4, reunida día 26 de febrero de 2020;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el dictamen de la Comisión Evaluadora prevista en el punto tercero de las bases que rigen dicha convocatoria para la línea 5, reunida día 6 de marzo de 2020;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolver la concesión y denegación de ayudas de minimis para la creación en artes visuales y audiovisuales para el año 2019, de acuerdo con lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder una ayuda a los proyectos de investigación artística (línea 1) que seguidamente se relacionan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BENEFICIARIO: José María Cruz Márquez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: &lt;em&gt;Precario diario&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PUNTUACIÓN: 94 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CANTIDAD CONCEDIDA: 1.899,76 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BENEFICIARIO: Rosell Meseguer Mayoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: &lt;em&gt;La Disuasión: La marea y el límite&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PUNTUACIÓN: 85 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CANTIDAD CONCEDIDA: 2.500 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CONCESIÓN DE ANTICIPO: 1.875 € (75 %)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BENEFICIARIA: Marina Enrich Genestar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: &lt;em&gt;Cut onion&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PUNTUACIÓN: 80 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CANTIDAD CONCEDIDA: 2.500 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe total concedido de la línea 1 es de 6.899,76 € y queda un remanente de 3.100,24 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; No conceder ayuda a los proyectos de investigación artística (línea 1) por los motivos que se indican en cada caso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SOLICITANTE: Daniel Martínez García&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: «&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Embarcadas: Una investigacion acerca del papel de las mujeres en la pesca de Menorca»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MOTIVO: La Comisión ha revisado con mucha atención este proyecto y, tras valorarlo según la convocatoria, ha decidido que no alcanza la puntuación mínima requerida en el punto 7 A de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SOLICITANTE: Juli Antoni Martínez Pla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO&lt;em&gt;: «&lt;/em&gt;Investigació, reflexió i creació d'una sèrie d'obres, inspirades en els antics sistemes d'escriptura e impressió mediterranis»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MOTIVO: La Comisión ha revisado con mucha atención este proyecto y, tras valorarlo según la convocatoria, ha decidido que no alcanza la puntuación mínima requerida en el punto 7 A de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SOLICITANTE: Associació Cultural Baladi – Estudi de Dansa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: «Formación avanzada y de investigación para bailarinas de danza»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MOTIVO: Se considera que el proyecto no se adapta al objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder una ayuda al proyecto de formación en artes visuales (línea 2) siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BENEFICIARIO: Associació d'Artistes Visuals de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NIF: G07784333&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: «La millor lluita és la que es fa sense esperança (art, memòria i propaganda pel fet)»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PUNTUACIÓN: 98 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CANTIDAD CONCEDIDA: 2.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CONCESIÓN DE ANTICIPO: 1.500 € (75 %)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe total concedido de la línea 2 es de 2.000 € y queda un remanente de 8.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; No conceder ayuda al proyecto de formación en artes visuales (línea 2) siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BENEFICIARIO: Sandra Rodríguez Barberan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROYECTO: «Art contemporani per a fillets i filletes»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MOTIVO: No alcanza la puntuación mínima requerida en el punto 7 A de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar desierta la línea 3 de ayudas para producción de obra ya que ninguna de las solicitudes presentadas no alcanza la puntuación mínima requerida en el punto 7 A de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo; que no agota la via administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del dÍa siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio de lo que se ha establecido antes, se debe tener en cuenta que todos los plazos anteriormente citados permanecen interrumpidos de acuerdo con lo que establece la disposición adicional tercera del Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el cual se declara el estado de alarma para la gestión de la situación de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19. El cómputo de los correspondientes plazos se retomará en el momento en que pierda vigencia el citado real decreto o, en su caso, sus prórrogas. Mientras que, por lo que se refiere a los recursos administrativos, se estará a lo que prevee la disposición adicional octava del Real Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, el órgano competente puede acordar, mediante resolución motivada, las medidas de ordenación e instrucción estrictamente necesarias para evitar perjuicios graves en los derechos e intereses de la persona interesada en el procedimiento y siempre que esta manifieste su conformidad, o cuando el interesado manifieste su conformidad con el hecho de que no se suspenda el plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, se podrá acordar motivadamente la continuación de los procedimientos administrativos referidos a situaciones estrictamente vinculadas a hechos justificativos del estado de alarma, o que sean indispensables para la protección del interés general o para el funcionamiento básico de los servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalmente, cabe apuntar que los plazos procesales para todos los órdenes jurisdiccionales también han sido objeto de suspensión en los términos previstos en la disposición adicional segunda del Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo. En este caso, el cómputo de los plazos se retomará en el momento en que deje de estar vigente el citado real decreto o, en su caso, sus posibles prórrogas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
