    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 78 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, con la redacción dada por la reforma realizada por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, dispone que el Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears (CES) es el órgano colegiado de participación, estudio, deliberación, asesoramiento y propuesta en materia económica y social, y ordena que una ley del Parlamento regulará la composición, la designación de sus miembros, la organización y las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, se aprobó la Ley 10/2000, de 30 de noviembre, del Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears, el artículo 1 establece que tiene la naturaleza de órgano colegiado de carácter consultivo, de participación, estudio, deliberación, asesoramiento y propuesta en materia económica y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 65/2016, de 11 de noviembre (BOIB núm. 143, de 12 de noviembre), nombró al señor Rafael Crespí Cladera miembro del Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears como representante del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, sin embargo, el señor Crespí ha comunicado al Gobierno de las Illes Balears la voluntad de dejar de formar parte de este organismo atendiendo a motivos personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 5.4 de la Ley 10/2000, mencionada con anterioridad, corresponde al Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears el nombramiento de los nuevos representantes del Consejo Económico y Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta del consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión de 22 de mayo de 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Dejar sin efectos el nombramiento, como miembro titular del Consejo Económico y Social en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, el efectuado a favor del señor Rafael Crespí Cladera, en la letra h) del apartado 3 del punto primero del Decreto 65/2016, de 11 de noviembre, por el que se nombran los miembros del Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Nombrar como miembro titular del Consejo Económico y Social en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, al señor Ferran Navinés Badal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Este Acuerdo tiene efectos desde el momento en que se publique en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;lles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
