    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.º 28, de 5 de marzo de 2020, se publicó, mediante el edicto 2398, el Decreto Ley 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se ha detectado un error en la publicación del edicto 2398, en la versión catalana, que afecta al apartado segundo de la disposición derogatoria única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 56.3 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y con el artículo 19 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, se pueden subsanar este tipo de errores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Movilidad i Vivienda, en la sesión del día 22 de mayo de 2020, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; la corrección de errores siguiente, relativa al edicto 2398, en relación al Decreto Ley 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda, publicado en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.º28, de 5 de marzo de 2020:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició derogatòria única&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normes que es deroguen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;[...]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;A l'entrada en vigor aquest Decret llei queden derogats els articles 61, 86.&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt;, 86.j&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt;, 86.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt;, 88.&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt;, 88.&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt;, 88.&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt;, 88.&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt;, la disposició addicional onzena i la disposició addicional dotzena de la Llei 5/2018, de 19 de juny, de l'habitatge de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;[...] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició derogatòria única&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normes que es deroguen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Establecer que los efectos de la corrección serán desde la fecha de la publicación del Decreto Ley 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicar este Acuerdo al Parlamento de las Illes Balears para su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
