    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria de día 6 de mayo de 2020 se adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"1.- LEVANTAR la suspensión del expediente de expropiación con número 062019/35, relativo a los terrenos situados entre las calles Martí Metge y Teatro clasificados como suelo urbano (casco antiguo) y cualificados de espacio libre público, ELP nº84 (modificación puntal núm. 9 del vigente PGOU de Inca), conforme a lo previsto en el apartado cuarto de la Disposición adicional tercera del RD 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declara el estado de alarma para la gestión de la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el Covid-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- ESTIMAR, parcialmente, las alegaciones presentadas por la Sra. Bárbara Bennasar Mesquida, en su propio nombre y también como mandatario verbal de la Sra. Maria Mesquida Bestard y la Sra. Silvia Bennasar Mesquida, durante el plazo de información pública, al acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 4/12/2019, relativo al inicio de expediente de expropiación por razón de urbanismo y procedimiento de tasación individual y se aprobó la relación de propietarios y declaración de la necesaria ocupación de los bienes y derechos afectados de los terrenos situados entre las calles Martí Metge y Teatro clasificados como suelo urbano (casco antiguo) y cualificados de espacio libre público, ELP nº84 (Modificación puntal núm . 9 del vigente PGOU de Inca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- APROBAR con carácter definitivo la relación de propietarios y la descripción concreta e individualizada de los bienes y derechos a expropiar por el procedimiento de tasación individual del expediente de expropiación forzosa por razón de urbanismo y por el procedimiento de tasación individual, a favor del AYUNTAMIENTO DE INCA, de los terrenos situados entre las calles Martí Metge y Teatro clasificados como suelo urbano (casco antiguo) y calificados de espacio libre público, ELP nº84 (Modificación puntal núm. 9 del vigente PGOU de Inca), de acuerdo con las nuevas superficies comprobadas mediante la correspondiente inspección de los servicios técnicos municipales y topográfico realizado al efecto, de las siguientes fincas registrales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
