&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En conformidad con el artículo 108 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y el artículo 14.2 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, contra esta resolución podréis interponer el recurso de reposición, previo al contencioso–administrativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente al que se produzca la notificación, según establece la disposición adicional primera de la Ley 39/2015, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; el plazo para la presentación del recurso de reposición acabará el mismo día en que se produjo la notificación en el mes de vencimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sin embargo, podrá interponer, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que estime procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
