&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alaior por acuerdo de pleno de fecha 27 de abril de 2020 en sesión extraordinaria, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo de modificación del presupuesto en la modalidad de transferencia de créditos entre aplicaciones del presupuesto comprometidas en áreas de gasto diferentes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO. Publicar el presente acuerdo en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y portal de transparencia municipal y abrir un plazo de 15 días para presentar las reclamaciones que contra el mismo se puedan promover, teniendo en cuenta la aplicación de la disposición adicional tercera del RD 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declara el estado de alarma para la gestión de la situación de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el Covidi -19.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCER. Considerar elevados a definitivos estos acuerdos en el caso de que no se presente ninguna reclamación. »&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobado el expediente, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 177.6 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se somete a información pública por el plazo de quince días, a contar desde el día siguiente al de publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
