    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 30 de abril de 2020, ha convalidado el Decreto de presidencia núm. 2020000304, de fecha 3 de abril de 2020, por el cual se aprueba la modificación de crédito núm. 4/2020, del Presupuesto General del Consejo Insular, para hacer frente a los gastos derivados del estado de alarma para la gestión de la situación de la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, dictado al amparo del Real Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, mediante el cual de se adoptan medidas urgentes y complementarias en el ámbito social y económico para hacer frente a la mencionada crisis sanitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo prevé el art. 20.2 del Real Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, este acuerdo será inmediatamente ejecutivo, sin que le sea de aplicación las normas sobre reclamación y publicidad de los presupuestos a los cuales se refiere el art. 169 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
