    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión &lt;em&gt;ordinaria&lt;/em&gt; celebrada el dia 30 de abril,&amp;nbsp;acordó la convalidación del Decreto 1039/2020 por el que se aprobava el expediente de modificación de créditos 03/2020 financiado con cargo al superávit para financiar gastos relacionados&amp;nbsp;con el COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este acuerdo puede ser objeto de recurso potestativo de reposición en el&amp;nbsp;plazo de un mes desde la publicación de este acuerdo ante el pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo en el&amp;nbsp;plazo de dos meses desde la publicación de este acuerdo ante los Juzgados de lo Contencioso Administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El contenido del acuerdo es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el expediente de suplementos de créditos, de conformidad con el siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
