&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el BOIB y, en el punto 4, especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no citados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB. Si no hay acreditación específica, se debe entender que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o la institución de que emana el texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los Estatutos de la Fundación, el director gerente de la Fundación es la persona competente para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación de personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ordenar la inserción en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de la convocatoria para la contratación de un técnico o técnica superior de apoyo a la investigación para el proyecto &lt;strong&gt;«Recogida de datos para proyectos de investigación en síndrome de apneas e hipopneas del sueño»&lt;/strong&gt; de la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Illes Balears (ver anexo adjunto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Convocatoria para la contratación de un técnico o de una técnica de apoyo en investigación para el proyecto «Recogida de datos para proyectos de investigación en síndrome de apneas e hipopneas del sueño» de la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, las funciones de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para poder llevar a cabo estas funciones, la Fundación necesita efectuar la convocatoria para la contratación de un técnico o técnica de apoyo en investigación para el proyecto «Recogida de datos para proyectos de investigación en síndrome de apneas e hipopneas del sueño».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, establece los criterios que han de seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en la contratación de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, disponen que se tienen que aplicar los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la contabilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en lo referente a la selección del personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 y de los Estatutos fundacionales vigentes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCO&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El proceso para la contratación de una técnica o de un técnico de apoyo en investigación para el proyecto «Recogida de datos para proyectos de investigación en síndrome de apneas e hipopneas del sueño» con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Requisitos de la plaza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Grado o licenciatura en Biología, Bioquímica o afín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curso en formación de Buenas Prácticas Clínicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en posesión del nivel B2 de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tener la nacionalidad española, u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del TREBEP permita el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haber sufrido un despido mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de ninguna entidad del sector público, de órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni estar en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no estar en inhabilitación o en situación equivalente, ni haber recibido sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado y en los mismos términos, el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Formulario de autoevaluación cumplimentado (anexo III de la convocatoria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No se valorarán los CV de las personas que no cumplan con los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Funciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asistir al investigador principal para la inclusión de pacientes en los diferentes ensayos clínicos y proyectos (&lt;em&gt;screening&lt;/em&gt;, randomización, citas con otros servicios colaboradores…).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recogida e introducción de datos en los diferentes cuadernos de recogida de datos (papel o electrónico).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Preparar las visitas de monitorización (consultar historias clínicas, introducir los datos de los documentos fuentes en los cuadernos de recogida de datos) y atender al monitor durante las visitas de monitorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asegurarse del cumplimiento del protocolo, de las Normas de Buena Práctica Clínica y de la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Coordinar citas con los monitores, asistir a visitas de preselección y visitas de inicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conocer los protocolos de los diferentes ensayos clínicos y proyectos que se realizan en los servicios médicos en los que desarrollan su función, conocer el calendario de pruebas de cada ensayo y los procedimientos que requiere cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Programar las extracciones de muestras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolver las discrepancias (&lt;em&gt;queries&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que sea necesario, procesar, almacenar y enviar muestras biológicas (sangre, orina, biopsias, tejidos, excrementos...) a los diferentes laboratorios y biobancos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realizar las visitas de los ensayos (pasar a los pacientes los diferentes cuestionarios, consentimientos informados, toma de medidas, tensión...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asistir a las reuniones de investigadores e investigadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Preparar y coordinar las inspecciones y auditorías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Escribir y mantener actualizados protocolos unificados de laboratorio&amp;nbsp; y gestión clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Redacción de manuscritos y memorias científicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gestión de documentos para los nuevos proyectos y ensayos (CEIC, manual de investigadores e investigadoras, CRD, peticiones biobancos...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se pueden presentar en el registro físico y en el registro electrónico de la Fundación, o bien de cualquier otra manera prevista en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si la persona solicitante hubiera presentado la solicitud en un registro diferente al del IdISBa, deberá enviar a IdISBa por correo electrónico &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;idisba.rrhh@ssib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt; la solicitud con el sello de entrada dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la presentación en el registro de la solicitud. De la misma manera, si se envía por correo certificado, se debe enviar por correo electrónico la hoja de solicitud, fechada y sellada por la oficina de correos en la que conste que se ha enviado en el plazo hábil para su presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El plazo de recepción de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles desde el día siguiente de la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas aspirantes deberán presentar junto con la solicitud la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos, junto la documentación acreditativa de los méritos que aleguen en la forma que establecen estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; se podrá valorar ningún mérito que no se haya acreditado con la aportación de la documentación correspondiente dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Admisión de las personas aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y de documentación relativa a los requisitos para participar en el procedimiento de selección, se publicará una resolución mediante la cual se aprueba la lista provisional de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con la indicación de las causas de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas aspirantes excluidas u omitidas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente a&amp;nbsp; la publicación de la resolución provisional, para subsanar los defectos o adjuntar la documentación que sea preceptiva. En el caso de no subsanar o adjuntar la documentación indicada, se entenderá que desisten en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Finalizado el plazo indicado en el párrafo anterior, se dictará una resolución mediante la cual se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Reserva a favor de las personas con discapacidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Existe en el IdISBa una reserva del 7 % de los lugares de trabajo para personas con discapacidad, según la Ley 5/2015 del TREBEP. No obstante, esta plaza no está reservada para este fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;VI. Modalidad de contratación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contrato por obra y servicio a tiempo completo por un año prorrogable en el proyecto «Recogida de datos para proyectos de investigación en el síndrome de apneas e hipopneas del sueño», financiado por el proyecto INSD/DLPENA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Remuneración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;: 18 722.28&amp;nbsp;€ brutos/anuales en 12 pagas (1560.19&amp;nbsp;€ brutos/mensuales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII. Acreditación de requisitos y méritos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los requisitos y méritos que aleguen las personas aspirantes se tienen que acreditar mediante la presentación de &lt;strong&gt;copia&lt;/strong&gt; o &lt;strong&gt;copia compulsada&lt;/strong&gt; de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Experiencia profesional: mediante certificado firmado por la persona responsable de la entidad donde se han presentado los servicios con especificación del tiempo de experiencia en los diferentes ámbitos que se valoran en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titulación académica: copia compulsada del título (ambas caras).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursos, seminarios, becas, etc.: copia de los certificados o diplomas acreditativos de los cursos que se han llevado a cabo, con expresión del número de horas de duración de la acción formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conocimientos orales y escritos de idiomas: mediante copia de certificado expedido por el órgano competente (Escuela oficial de idiomas, Conselleria, UIB u otras universidades o centros de acreditación de reconocido prestigio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Publicaciones: un ejemplar de la publicación o referencia bibliográfica identificativa de la publicación y de su autoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los méritos se tienen que acreditar con referencia a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas aspirantes han de presentar todos los documentos acreditativos de sus méritos ordenados de acuerdo con los apartados del baremo de méritos y numerados correlativamente (junto con el autobaremo que acompaña a estas bases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En caso de haber presentado inicialmente copias no compulsadas, en la entrevista se tendrá que presentar la documentación original acreditativa de todos los méritos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
