    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 7 de mayo de 2020, ha convalidado el decreto de la Presidencia de día 6 de mayo de 2020 en relación al expediente número 10/2020 de modificación de créditos, por suplemento de créditos (SUP03/2020), en el presupuesto propio de la Corporación del ejercicio 2020, para hacer frente a las emergencias derivadas de la crisis sanitaria del COVID-19, dictado al amparo del Real Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, mediante el cual se adoptan medidas urgentes y complementarias en el ámbito social y económico para hacer frente a dicha crisis sanitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo a lo que prevé el artículo 20.2 del Real Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, este acuerdo será inmediatamente ejecutivo, sin que sean de aplicación la normas sobre reclamación y publicidad de los presupuestos a los que se refiere el art. 169 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
