El día 24 de marzo de 2020 se publicó en el BOIB número 41 la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 23 de marzo de 2020 a través de la cual se convoca un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de diversas categorías de personal estatutario.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. Se han apreciado errores en la mencionada resolución que se han de corregir.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, así mismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Rectificar los errores de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 23 de marzo de 2020 a través de la cual se convoca un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de diversas categorías de personal estatutario.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2.
