&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3b y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Empresas, comunidades de bienes, autónomos y los trabajadores asalariados que encuadren su actividad económica dentro del sector de la artesanía de Mallorca. Las empresas y las comunidades de bienes del sector de la artesanía deben estar en posesión del documento de calificación artesanal por empresas (DQA), en vigor, acreditando también el maestro artesano responsable de la producción. Los empresarios autónomos deben disponer de la Carta de Artesano (CA) en vigor, y / o la Carta de Maestro Artesano (CMA) en vigor. Excepcionalmente, las personas i/o entidades indicadas, aunque no tengan estos distintivos, podrán ser beneficiarios de la convocatoria, si disponen del documento administrativo "pendiente visita", expedido por lo menos 1 mes contado desde la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asociaciones. Las asociaciones deben estar inscritas en el registro correspondiente y deben tener un mínimo de 5 asociados en posesión de una acreditación artesana o si disponen del documento administrativo "pendiente visita", expedido por lo menos 1 mes contado desde la publicación de el extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es el fomento de la actividad artesanal de Mallorca mediante el otorgamiento de ayudas a proyectos, programas y actividades desarrollados entre el 6 de septiembre 2019 y el 5 de septiembre 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las actuaciones subvencionables son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) La organización y realización de actividades de fomento: mercados, ferias, espacios de venta, exposiciones y jornadas que promocionen productos artesanos de Mallorca (Línea 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Asistencia en calidad de expositor en ferias o mercados de artesanos y participación en encuentros y/o encuentros del sector (Línea 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) La organización de cursos de formación o talleres, y asistencia a cursos de formación, talleres, congresos nacionales y/o internacionales (Línea 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) La edición de medios de promoción y divulgación del oficio de artesano, y la edición de catálogos, folletos, trípticos, libros y campañas de publicidad para la difusión de los productos u oficios de los artesanos. (Línea 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017) modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96 de 4 de agosto 2018)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El presupuesto de gastos del Consejo insular de Mallorca para el año 2020 destina a esta convocatoria la cantidad de 155.000 € (ciento cincuenta y cinco mil euros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe se distribuirá de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 130.000 € a cargo de la aplicación 65.43900.47900&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 25.000 €&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;a cargo de la aplicación 65.43900.48900&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quinto. Plazo para presentar solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes y toda la documentación es de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares mediante la presentación en el Registro general del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, y también a los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley 39/15, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sexto. Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los proyectos y actividades subvencionadas deberán ser desarrolladas durante el período comprendido entre el 6 de septiembre 2019 y el 5 de septiembre de 2020 (ambos inclusive).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El modelo normalizado de solicitud y la documentación que se debe acompañar se encuentra disponible, igualmente, en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/ca/fitxa?key=26903&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
