&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Primero. Personas beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;1. Pueden participar en esta convocatoria aquellas personas que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estén empadronadas en el municipio de Es Mercadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Sean mayores de 18 años, o bien menores con cargas familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) No dispongan de ingresos para atender la situación de necesidad o de emergencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Estar sometido a las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario de las subvenciones públicas&amp;nbsp; recogidas en los apartados a), d), f), g), h) el artículo 13.2 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Estar sometido a las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13.3 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;2. La escasez de ingresos económicos de los beneficiarios se evaluará de acuerdo a los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;a) Si la unidad de convivencia está formada por un solo miembro, los ingresos no pueden superar el 125% del IPREM. Para el año 2020 esta cantidad queda fijada en 9.399,49 euros anuales, salvo que el Estado apruebe una de diferente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;b) A partir del segundo miembro, se computará 2.522 euros más por cada uno de los miembro de la unidad de convivencia.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;c) Para calcular los ingresos económicos de la unidad de convivencia se hará la media de los ingresos obtenidos en los últimos seis meses anteriores a la fecha de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;d) Excepcionalmente, si no se cumple alguno de los requisitos anteriores pero desde la unidad de trabajo social se considera justificada la situación de necesidad, podrá concederse una ayuda. Habrá especial consideración en los casos de solicitudes para emergencia social o por motivos sociosanitarios en los que la necesidad de llevar a cabo una inversión importante e imprescindible supere la capacidad económica del solicitante. En cualquier caso, las excepciones deben estar debidamente justificadas con los informes técnicos y / o médicos que correspondan en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Segundo. finalidad:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;La concesión de ayudas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social del Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal para el año 2020&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Las bases de la convocatoria y la Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones, aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal de día 11 de octubre de 2005 y publicada la aprobación definitiva y el texto íntegro en el BOIB núm. 189, de 17 de diciembre de 2005.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Cuarto. Importe:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Los importes máximos de las ayudas y las condiciones para su otorgamiento se establecen en la base quinta de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Las ayudas serán atendidos con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 30.2310.48200 del Presupuesto General de 2020, con un importe máximo conjunto de 56.140,36 euros. En caso de que se reciba una subvención por este concepto, se podrá ampliar este límite, previa publicación de la ampliación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Hasta el día 14 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
